What truly sets this gym apart, in my experience, is the genuinely friendly and approachable coaching staff. I've been to gyms where trainers can seem intimidating or hard to approach, but not here. The coaches at Crunch are consistently supportive and encouraging, no matter your fitness level. They're always ready with a smile, willing to answer questions, and genuinely make you feel comfortable and seen, whether you're in a class or just working out on the floor.
