Negative experience: TERRIBLE AUDIO VISUAL AT PERFORMANCES This is the third time that we have come to see our nephew perform. After the first performance we have learned to bring ear plugs as the music is way too loud that even our Apple Watches give us a warning about the noise level causing temporary hearing loss. My 4 year old walks into the room auditorium and immediately covers his ears. As a performer myself and having been to many auditoriums in Dubai - even school events in auditoriums and they are never this loud, I question who does the audio visual and if they care at all about the health of the students and spectators. This time the visuals were way over the top. Practically all of the performances had the background screen and the display changes about 30 times within one song. We are blinded by the lights and have hearing loss by coming to show support. I almost feel put on my sunglasses as the amount of flashing lights this time was overbearing. Putting so much light show on really takes away from the performers. The performances should be what stands out, not competing with the hard work that the students have put in… you cannot appreciate the effort that the children have made and I am completely put off by the audio visual. If I hope someone reads this feedback and takes it seriously. I’m so offended that people think that this is acceptable at any level.

Positive experience: I enrolled my daughter for the winter camp this year. Ms. Sanjana is excellent dance teacher, we could see visible changes in the confidence level of my daughter. She always love dancing and Ms Sanjana has only multiplied her joy to dance. She is very good in managing kids. The academy overall is very good, Ms.Haanah is very professional and patient in handling the admin topics. Thank you Ms. Haanah and Ms. Sanjana.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. My girls have been learning classical dance, Bollywood dance and gymnastics. They attended fine arts classes for summer camp. We never miss a chance to register them for camps besides regular classes. Hannah at the main desk is very accommodating and provides convenient schedules to our needs when possible. A very warm, hard working girl giving her best to keep us happy!She's the heart and soul of jazzrockers!!! Sanjana - the Bollywood dance teacher brings life to the studio and makes us parents rock as well to her moves . Outstanding approach to build confidence in the children. She's always on the move even during her break times! Composing new choreography, making videos. Always a smiling attitude. My girls have become such good dancers now! Tariq - a professional artistic gymnastics coach with whom my girls have developed such stamina and flexibility. A very patient and dedicated coach Maira - my girls attended fine arts with her for summer camp. Very easy going since my girls did not know anything about drawing basics , yet she managed to bring out the artists in them. Overall, it feels like home with such amazing people bringing out the best in the children.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to Jazz rockers during her school breaks & for regular classes for keyboard. Fantastic experience: Just Enrolled my Daughter for Dance and I must say amazing professionalism by Kelbin who tries his best to make sure parents needs are met. The teacher Sanjana is amazing and treats the kids so well and puts her heart into teaching them well. Prices are way reasonable compared to a lot of places in Dubai. Kudos to customer service.

Negative experience: Pathetic transport service and unprofessional behavior of the driver. Children got delayed by 3.5 hours and driver not updating the status

Fantastic experience: This is located in mall of the emirates in the 2nd floor you can access it via the parking area or the mall. I will definitely recommend this place to any parent in dubai. We put our kid there for piano and art classes. PROS *Great and friendly staff. *Professional staff. *Staff gives you time and attention. *Amazing value for money by dubai standards. *Lots of activities and lessons. ( dance, piano, keyboard, guitar, arts ...) *Location is perfect. *Very clean. CONS *The gymnastic class did not look very convincing. In my opinion if they really want to teach gymnastic they should have proper equipments and a huge area. What we've seen is so small and it felt more like a playroom for kids.
