Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Amazing new studio located inside THAT concept store inside MOE. The studio has the same concept as their Business Bay branch with a smaller area but the same amazing workouts. Park in the L1 carpack (near the valet) and walk straight through the mall (past Debenhams on the ground floor) and outside and upstairs to the top floor of the THAT store. Get prepared for a super intense HIIT workout, not for the feint hearted. 60 minutes of strength, cardio and countless Burpees! Great instructors and an a guaranteed 1000 calorie workout!

Negative experience: Absolute waste of time, went there 15 min earlier so I give myself time to look for the place in MOE, the website have no direction whatsoever , and on top it's in the most hidden place in the mall, I called them no one replied , so I arrived 5 min late and they wouldn't let me to the class, complete waste of time.

Negative experience: The information they have about the directions on how to get there (google maps) and the address (it says first floor but it is actually in second floor) is wrong which made me to take longer to get to the studio. I got there 2 min after the class started (7.02 AM) and they did not let me in - just literally 2 min. On top of that I tried to call to the studio several times and no one picked up the phone.
