Fantastic experience: Ive been attending for over a year now, and ive seen a dramatic difference in many aspects of my life, not just physique. Its very friendly, coaching staff are very approachable and aware of any physical issues to contend with. Deffo worth a punt for a week for the nay sayers! you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are like no other! It’s not just about the workouts and progress, they truly care about you. I moved to dubai late last year and have loved working out here.

Fantastic experience: F45 Motor City is my happy place! The coaches are all wonderfully kind, professional and supportive. They helped me go from zero fitness to feeling so much stronger and fitter. Not only that, the workouts are super fun and alway changing to keep us on our toes. It's a wonderful community and I cannot recommend it enough!

Someone who thought will never find a time to work, they have amazing timetable, I love that they know everyone names and it feels like a community. I loved the coaches m, Huda and Luka, always smiling, always encouraging and I feel so great after training with them. I just started this journey with them and I believe I will keep going. Thank you for creating such a special place

Once you enter the studio you would immediately feel the sense of community. The coaches are super caring and encouraging. The overall atmosphere and music make the sweaty 45mins go so fast! The workouts are amazing and never the same, I leave feeling excited for my next class!

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with F45 Motor City after having my second baby. This was in 2018 and I have to say, today as I write this in 2023, this place is my therapy, my go to 6 times a week and I feel stronger physically and mentally, than I’ve ever felt in my life. The blend of coaches has been cleverly assembled, there is a coach for every type of learning style. Don’t know what you’re doing in the gym? This is the place for you, every exercise explained and demonstrated (also shown on the screen when you are doing it) they make it easy. Know what you are doing in the gym? This is also the place for you, be pushed by coaches who know how to adapt exercise to challenge even the most seasoned gym goer. I cannot recommend F45 Motor City enough, learn to track your correct measurements with body scans and guidance on diet. A winning combination. Coach Jessie, Coach Luca, Coach Huda, Coach Emma, Coach Rob, Coach Anna and Coach Lohan. A dream team!
