Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve been to in Dubai. 971 combines high-quality equipment, great service and a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Everything feels thought through - from valet parking to the chill area with great drinks and food. The staff genuinely care about members, which makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at 971 for a while now, and it honestly feels like a second home. The gym is beautiful, very well maintained, and the energy here is always positive. The changing rooms are gorgeous, the staff are warm and attentive, and everything is organized at a high level. Valet parking makes life so much easier, and the chill area upstairs with great matcha and food is a perfect bonus after a workout. Truly one of the best gym experiences in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: 971 is an amazing gym with a very premium feel. Beautiful and spacious changing rooms, stylish interiors and a great vibe overall. The atmosphere is motivating but not overwhelming, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. There’s also a really nice lounge area upstairs where you can relax, have a matcha or food after training. Parking is super convenient - valet takes care of everything. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy training at 971. Everything is very clean, modern and well-organized. The staff are polite and helpful, and the whole place feels comfortable from the moment you arrive. The parking is a big plus - you just drive in and they park the car for you. It’s the kind of gym where you actually want to spend time, not just rush in and out.

Fantastic experience: I do personal boxing training here and can honestly say that 971 is one of the nicest gyms in Dubai. Beautiful and stylish locker rooms, a very aesthetic and ‘content-friendly’ space. The atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff. Parking is very convenient you arrive and your car is parked for you. There is also a great lounge area on the second floor where you can enjoy a delicious matcha and good food. Highly recommend this gym, it’s truly a great place.

Negative experience: Overall, the place is okay, but there are some serious issues. First of all, parking is a big problem. It takes too much time just to get the car out, which is very frustrating. Secondly, my experience at the reception was extremely unprofessional. I asked about boxing gloves, and the staff rudely said I have to pay for them. I replied in a light, joking way asking if they are complimentary, but instead of answering properly, the staff member responded very rudely and said: “If you can’t afford gloves, how can you afford the membership fee?” On top of that, another staff member laughed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I never imagined I’d feel so at home in a martial arts gym, but this place completely changed that for me. The atmosphere is lively, positive, and incredibly welcoming. I’m especially grateful to Chloe for being so accommodating and supportive. As a total beginner with no experience, I was nervous at first—but Chloe made sure I never felt embarrassed or out of place. Her energy is amazing, and her encouragement makes all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re just starting out or already experienced!

Fantastic experience: We received a super warm and friendly welcome from Handsome Bhen and Ace. The boxing class with Loubna was simply awesome – she's an incredible, very friendly, and very skilled teacher and coach. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I signed up for a one-month membership at 971 MMA & Fitness Academy and visited the gym once. Overall, the gym itself is excellent. The staff are professional, friendly, and very welcoming. The facility is clean, well-organized, and has a good range of equipment for both fitness and MMA training. Everything inside is well maintained, and the environment feels positive and motivating. Unfortunately, there’s one major issue that, for me personally, makes it impossible to return: the parking situation. The gym is located in Al Quoz, which is known for having many fitness centers, and being in an industrial area is not a problem at all. However, the street the gym is on is extremely narrow—approximately 300 meters long—and there is no parking space available at all. Even getting a drop-off is complicated, and there’s no place to stop without blocking others. To make things worse, most of the time, the only way out is to reverse your car for about 300 meters, which is both stressful and unsafe. It really ruins the whole experience . So while I genuinely think this gym is great and would recommend it based on facilities and staff alone, the inaccessible location and lack of parking make it not practical for me. That’s the only reason I won’t be returning.

The vibe in this gym feels like home. You walk in and you’re not just surrounded by fighters—you’re surrounded by family. It’s support, it’s hustle, it’s love for the grind. Massive shoutout to my coach and brother Jasser—thank you for always believing in me and pushing me harder every single session. Big respect to Wisem, who’s been holding down the MMA training with insane dedication and skill. And last but definitely not least—my brother, my close friend, and the champ who made me fall in love with the sport, Mounir. You lit that spark in me, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

Fantastic experience: 971 MMA offer the best martial arts classes for kids age 10 and up..My daughter enjoyed the whole experience and she likes her intercations with the staff and instructors.. overall we find the gym very inspiring and good for keeping the kids occupied during weekends! would definitely recommend the classes to other moms!!!

Fantastic experience: I tries few gyms around the area in Dubai and 971 mma was the best. Great team of fighters( proffesional and hobbyists). Coaches were very knowledgeable. Shoutout to the best coach Wissem for helping me improve on my striking and grappling and take it to the next level. I will come back to train with 971 for sure. Highly recommend if you want to take your game to the next level as a fighter or even just to train and have fun as a hobbyist

The Muay Thai classes are very good and I do PT with coach Wisem who taught me a lot and made me more technical!!
