Fantastic experience: Great people, making a difference and more importantly a positive impact on other peoples lives! I’ve been an advocate of the Black&Yellow () for years and yes locations have been and gone but change is a great thing and everything happens for a reason. Like any group class just be aware that you will not have the attention you receive from a personal trainer - so please for the sake of avoiding injuries make sure you know (and they do check) how to do the typical exercises they might utilsie - squats, burpees, press ups etcetera And enjoy Oh and for those who join for ‘weight’ based reasons - great for eight maintenance and weight loss where they run monthly challenges. Pay per class, pay monthly or for life - flexible pricing.

Fantastic experience: If you want to become a Spartan, come train in here. I love the concept of training in a group and having a circuit training that is designed to push you to the edge. You don't need to prepare anything prior to start the session as everything is prepared for you. Also the exercice is désigned to keep your fitness level and stamina at the highest level while burning a lot of calories and having fun.

Fantastic experience: So you want to loose that stubborn weight? CF is the gold standard! I went down from 105kg to 89kgs! The trainers are super supportive and the fact that they are all ex heavyweights it gives you the motivation needed. They offer multiple HIIT classes that range from Gold to 500 calories burn and Tabata. They do include strength and heavy weight training so CF will be your one stop shop to get you going on your journey! Oh and do try the challenges which is an extra step in the weight loss journey! Never have I been addicted to a gym and I’m just disappointed I didn’t start earlier!

Positive experience: I tried one month there, I think it is not suitable for beginners as there are a lot of moves you need time to learn. And there is no guide of how it can be done, Training was good but was very intense.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best weight loss program in the UAE. 4 sessions a week (recommended) accompanied with a clean diet and the results are guaranteed! The circuits never get boring because quite simply, they are never the same. The coaching team know how to keep you motivated, know how to manage various injuries so you can still get through circuits with alternate exercises where needed and get the best out of you during the circuits. The atmosphere and drive keeps you on your toes so the thought of "let me take a breath" gets tossed away. I've joined many gyms and tried different programs over the years.. no competition! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've been a fan since 2019 of their Sky Dive location (which was a 10-min walk from my home). Unfortunately, they were forced to close down Sky Dive in Summer 2021 due to real-estate development. I decided to follow them to their newly refurbished Al Quoz location even though it requires me to drive 30-min each way. I just love the high-energy classes and friendly and motivating instructors. 100% warrantee you’re going to huff & puff & sweat profusely

Fantastic experience: The only gym in Dubai that keeps me going back again and again - no matter how tough the classes got and how spent I felt after that! I started going to Circuit Factory in 2014 and have never looked back ever since. Love the energy, vibe, friendly and inclusive atmosphere and how everyone - of all ages, races and sizes - pushes themselves to their best pace/abilities while working together towards their fitness goals. No pressure, only motivation. I especially love the Challenge; it's truly transformational, I've learned heaps about eating clean and the recipes given are super easy yet delicious (yes, clean food can be tasty!). Thanks to CF, I'm back to my original physique (but far better, stronger and fitter) after 3 babies!
