Fantastic experience: Coach Wael has built a little piece of heaven in Al Areen. I walked in for a trial class and signed up immediately for the Filipino Martial Arts class and later the Strength class. There's a deep respect between students and facilitators. The coaches are personable and professional. I'm so glad we found this amazing center.

Fantastic experience: StrongNomads is the StrongFirst certified gym. Coach Wael (the owner) and team are doing a great job of creating an inclusive atmosphere for athletes of all level, carefully introducing the uninitiated and thoughtfully challenging the experienced ones. Along with a wide variety of kettlebells, other equipment is present - barbell racks, clubbells and ropes. Group and individual sessions are offered as well as ladies-only sessions. There is a martial arts section on the second floor. It’s a great pleasure for me to attend the group sessions and get stronger! Power to you!

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out and learn! My family and i have enrolled and we are all getting in better shape while having fun. The coaches and group are wonderful to be around. Ive been to many gyms in Dubai, but al areen has its own special AURA. The attention to detail and technique with the freedom to try what works for you and adapt simply isnt anywhere else. Id recommend anyone to try at least one session.

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience at Al Areen Martial Arts! One of our colleagues invited me and others for an Executive Martial Arts Discovery Experience. I decided to give it a try, as I have always wanted to learn self-defense being petite and all. I’m so glad I did because Coach Wael and Coach Nel were amazing and are outstanding professionals. It's a small Emirati family-owned business, and I personally saw the care and dedication they put into each class. What struck me most was how welcoming they were to beginners like us. We didn't feel the least bit intimidated or uncomfortable. Coach Wael also challenging enough for people like me who have zero experience, which made it even more fun. I learned the basics of defense, blocking, parrying (with and without weapons), and so much more. The class covered not just physical fitness, but Coach Wael shared insights on what martial arts truly means, having discipline, dealing with mental health, and becoming stronger both inside and out. I can't recommend Al Areen Martial Arts enough. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, this place is perfect for all ages.

Fantastic experience: Great martial arts school. Take 2 kids to the classes every week. Staff are friendly and great with the kids. Both kids have come along way since they started. They are more disciplined and confident. Would really recommend if you are looking for a great MMA school.

Fantastic experience: The best MMA school ever , unfortunately i spent there only a month cause i had to leave UAE ,i had an issue one day where i got medical issue when i arrived to class ,i couldn't breath properly,so i was rushing and the lady at the front dest noticed me pale ,so she asked me if am ok , then i realized i needed to set down,she called the trainer and he immediately skipped his class and came to me ,after i sat for a while i was ok to drive back home and he insisted to call him once i get home ,he called me back twice to make sure am safe , this place is NOT only a business its where you creat a quality friends,not to mention the quality of teaching and what i learnt from him , i want to tell you guys you uplifted MMA sector and made a difference Wish you all the best and success

Negative experience: أنا قد شاركة معهم لمدة شهر ولكن حين دفع الرسوم قال لي انك تستطيع احضر ابنك في يومين الخميس و السبت و اذا كان العدد في باقي الأيام اقل من عشر أيضا. تستطيع احضار ابنك هذا ما حصل عند التسجيل ولكن بعد ذلك يقولون لي لا تأتي في باقي الأيام والتزام في يومين الخميس و السبت . اذا ما المانع من احضار ابني باقي الأيام حسب الاتفاق وشروط المدرسة والعدد اقل من عشرة لقد كذبوا عليه حتى ادفع النقود حينما رأى أني احضر بشكل يومي هذا كان تجربتي معهم. انهم لا يعرف كيفة التصرف مع المواقف البسيط جد حيث ان ليس لديهم الخبرة في مجال التعامل مع الزبائن و المشكلة الأكبر انهم اخطاء و لا يعتذرون. فارغب من كل من يرغب بالتحاق بمركز ان يوقع على عقد معهم للان ليس لديهم عقد وان تقرا جيدا شروطهم اَي كن حذّر جدا. وشئ اخر مهم ان المكان ليس أمن حيث ان المركز بين المصانع و العمال و مساكن العمال ولا يوجد حماية من الحرائق . فانصح كل من يرغب الالتحاق بهم ان يكون مع ابنه في مركز وقت التدريب للان لا تعلم ما يحدث لا يوجد أمن.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Family Martial Arts. The instructor and the staffs are all wonderful and are all well trained. The care and attention they give my son by far exceeds any of my expectations. I really appreciate the focus on skill but even more so on the character. My son is learning respect, kindness, discipline and most especially the importance of hard work.

Fantastic experience: Both of my kids have been training at FMA and simply love it! We too as parents! Anti-bullying and code of ethics and respect are core skills being taught on top of great self defense techniques. How to handle the pressure of grading is also an amazing experience for the kids as it’s never easy! FMA is a complete gym for our kids! Thanks to the leadership team and the trainers!

Negative experience: Thus used to be an excellent place for all ages before the Pandemic! However, they shut down for the Pandemic in 2020 and cheated people with fees collected just before closing. They never even resumed ladies only classes but refused to give a refund. Shame on you people!
