The equipment is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: My partner and I visited from Australia and had a great time at Strong gym HQ! The staff were super friendly, members made us feel welcome, so many strongman toys to play with and the music was great to pump us up for our training The toilets were nice and clean and we also hopped in the ice bath which was a treat for those sore muscles. This place gets an 11/10 from us!!

Fantastic experience: Courtney is an amazing coach and has such a contagious positive energy and her workouts are always fun! Daria’s weightlifting class is a must. She combines olympic weightlifting and strongman movements into an awesome workout. The staff and members are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Brand new gym located in Al Quoz. It’s a fantastic space with an emphasis on mixed martial arts and boxing. It’s clean, edgy and has a great intimate vibe, something that you struggle to find at carbon copy chain gyms. The kick boxing classes are a fun way to get a full body workout, and are aimed at people of all athletic ability. Will definitely be back!
