Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. The coaches are the best in the business, and are patient, empathetic, and passionate. Workouts can be scaled, and no one looks down upon anyone. I've reached out to the instructors for multiple things, like posture correction, injuries, back ache, and use of new equipment and the support i have received is always positive. They have dedicated ladies only classes as well.

Fantastic experience: The most friendly community, I absolutely love every coach. I had major injuries from my old gym and Rachel really helped me through it. I’m so much stronger and it’s my happy place. It’s for every level of cross fitter and I really value the team!

Fantastic experience: One of the best crossfit gyms in the UAE with tentative coaches who are excited to help you progress. The atmosphere is fantastic with busy classes filled with positive, encouraging athletes.

Positive experience: Cool vibe, parking is a little difficult but the instructors are great and very welcoming to beginners. I went through guava pass for a class while in Barsha.

Positive experience: huge box, excellent crossfit facility, home of some games athletes. Management/ reception can do better with the customer service though.
