The coaches at OCR Nation Gym are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they are always on hand to offer advice and guidance. Fantastic experience: I recently joined the OCR gym since i want to start preparing for my 1st Spartan race . i am loving the trainers and the workouts. the coaches are very nice and knowledgeable, they give you great tips on how to get the max out of your workout. And they keep pushing you and motivating you. The facility also is great, they've all kind of equipments you need. lastly, they've a very supportive community.

(Started a month ago) Good atmosphere, positive vibes… after the 1st day they make you feel part of their Crossfit’family! Thanks coach Bron! All coaches are so professional, skills oriented funny and patient!!no matter your fitness level they ensure you get first the right technic and then they push you to the max! Their class are well defined as they propose a mix of cardio strength gymnastics… you never feel bored! Thanks to coaches Bron, Cat and Frank… u rock!!!

Fantastic experience: OCR Nation is a hidden gem in Al Qouz. It’s a community based gym with coaches that genuinely care about the members. Coach Bron, the gym manager, creates the most awesome CrossFit classes that are super fun, challenging, and inclusive to all fitness levels. Her classes also focus on a comprehensive, well rounded approach to fitness focusing on strength , gymnastics, cardio(HIIT), stretching. Class timings are very flexible and convenient allowing everyone to attend based in their schedule.The OCR nation app is super convenient and user friendly to book classes. Highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in getting into CrossFit. Yallah join!

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym and Yallah CrossFit by recommendation from a friend and I have no regrets! First, the location in Al Quoz is awesome, the gym is open and inviting, the price is great, and quality of equipment is top notch. Second, Coach Bron is 99% of the reason I fell in love with CrossFit all over again! She’s incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, funny, kind, creative, and ticks all the boxes of a great CrossFit instructor. Third, the classes are ever-changing while still focused on building every skill set. I’ve never felt stronger and more motivated because no day is the same at Yallah CrossFit!! Fourth, the people! You’ll see people of every level, from beginner to top notch crossfitter. Everyone comes to this class with a similar purpose and it feels like a family. Fifth - need I go on? Just try it out already!

Fantastic experience: Coach Bron is one of the most kind and thoughtful coaches ever ! She’s not just a coach, but someone who cares about her People too ! Beside her personality, her techniques made me a better athlete to be honest ! The whole atmosphere is just amazing and the people who train in OCR and very kind and I just love them all .. a bit thanks to coach frank as well for his obstacle techniques because it helped me a lot understand the obstacles eventhough I’ve been doing obstacles for 3 years

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been overweight and I’ve always paid gym membership fees without actually going to the gym. At the beginning of summer 2021, my son encouraged me to try the free offered sessions at OCR Nation to see what I think. I hesitated for a few days then decided to go for it. I enrolled in the CrossFunction classes for two consecutive days. Yes I was very soar afterwards, but I felt good and wanted more Since then, I enrolled, bought strength training shoes, and rarely missed a class. I opt for the 6 AM classes, I go with my 16 year old son (perfect bonding experience ) and the timing fits well with my work schedule. The Gym is well equipped, clean, and nicely laid out, I love it huge shout out to the OCR Nation Gym team and the awesome coach Bron
