Fantastic experience: Having joined over 10 gyms in the last five years, I can confidently say that Fitness Time stands out as the best. The gym is incredibly spacious, eliminating any crowding issues. With a wide range of classes, a restaurant, huge changing rooms, clean showers, and a refreshing pool, the amenities are top-notch. The facilities are always well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Though I left Ajman a while ago, I still wish they would open a branch in Dubai. For anyone seeking a superior fitness experience, Fitness Time is unparalleled.

Fantastic experience: Fitness Time Ladies is my all-time favorite gym and happy place. The gym has all the modern equipment and machines that are sanitized after each use. The gym offers multiple group classes every day that energize me and are so fun that I forget I am working out. The gym community and the coaches are so supportive and always push me to achieve things that I didn’t know I was capable of. Additionally, the staff members and trainers are some of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. I recommend getting a membership at this gym.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in ajman by far, and has amazing facilities. The staff are very friendly and are available at a moment's notice. The cardio section has more than enough equipment even for during peak hours, with treadmills, cycles, ellipticals and walk master machines. The weights area has multiple sets of incremental dumbells from 5 lbs to 150 lbs. With various Benchs including sitting and incline. The weight machines include all types from pectoral fly, chest press, lat pulldowns to rows and various variotions for iso and traditional pull and push machines. Great equipment for legs with the quad extension and calve raises machines. The also have a good collection of cable machines as well as a set of smith machines. The pool is fantastic and temperature controlled with clean showers with unlimited body wash. They also have dryers for wet clothes. The gym also has a sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs. There is also a open training facility with squat racks, climbing machines and boxing area. There is also a hybrid basketball volleyball court. There is a small food stall with well portioned food high in protein and also sells pre workout. It is definitely on the pricey side but honestly the comforts outweigh that and the comfort of the gym motivates you to be a repeat goer. They also have excellent trainers.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Complete equipment and amenities. I'm a swimmer and include swimming in my training so the well maintained pool is a big plus for me. Gym staff and coaches are friendly and approachable. Overall, best gym in Ajman.

Positive experience: PLEASE CONSIDER OPENING 24/7! it's a good gym but with work times now, we would love it if it opens at 4:30 or 500 am Max. With the new regulations, the ones who used to train before work are left with very little options in Ajman (i-gym). Open at 5 am and close at 11 pm...do it... You'll have more customers I'm sure.

Positive experience: Great gym. Very spacious, clean. The equipment is maintaned. Very expensive though if you dont get an offer, and even if you do its a minimum of three months. The staff are trying their best, but it seems like there is a miscommunication between the staff and the managment. A good gym to start workingout.

Positive experience: Good equipment and the first impression is great. However, some of the facilities are poorly maintained (shower stalls and lockers without locks) and the coaches are usually engaged in private sessions so you can barely get someone to show you the workout. Apart from that it's a good choice if you live in Ajman

Fantastic experience: Very good gym has everything you can think of , they recently had issues with the pool heater , prices are a bit higher than usual but definitely worth it
