Positive experience: التجربة رائعة ل أول مرة اذهب إلى الجيم ولن تكون آخر مرة المدربات رائعات الا مدربة سباحة واحدة لن أذكر اسمها ولكن طريقة تعاملها مع المشتركات سيئة بالمرة ولكن في المجمل أنصح الجميع بالاشتراك ف الجيم المميز

Positive experience: المدربات جميعهم رائعات، وجهودهم واضحة أثناء الحصص. لكن في ملاحظة على الخدمات؛ الشامبو في اماكن الشاور مرات مايكون متوفر، اجهزة تجفيف الشعر معطلة اكثر من 3 شهور الهواء بارد وتم ابلاغ الادارة طوال فترة الثلاث شهور لكن لايوجد اي تغيير!!!

Negative experience: حبيت أشارك برأيي ممكن النادي يتطور للأفضل وتحصل فرصة تانية وأرجع أشترك معهم : ١. اولا النادي جدا نضيف وواسع وفيو كل شي يعتبر أفضل نادي بعجمان بالنسبالي لحد الآن ٢. الموظفات للتسجيل جدا متعاونات وطيوبات وبشوشات ودايما يردوا بسرعة وقت حد يتواصل معهم ٣. مشاكلي الأساسية تتلخص بالتالي الاشتراك عندهم الشهري غالي يعني انا انسانة بفضل أشترك شهر بشهر لاني مابلتزم لو اشتركت ٣ شهور او اكتر سوا وفعلا انجبرت أشترك ٣ شهور وماالتزمت بسبب ظروفي + الحصص كتير صعبة مافي مراعاة ابدا للمبتدئين وأغلب المدربات سريعات جدا جدا + مافي اي متابعة لاستخدام الاجهزة يعني عاملوني معاملة المحترفة وانا مبتدئة لذلك انهكت وهربت بالاخر

Negative experience: We had such an extremely ugly experience we were exercising - me and my friend - and suddenly someone came and he said he is the responsible person and acted with us in a very racist way and he was laughing in a strange way and it was extremely such bad experience I never had such thing in my entire life he ruined our exercise and ruined our mood and ruined our day.

Negative experience: للأسف مدخل الجيم كله قطاوه واكل القطاوه .. نادي صحي وين الصحه بالموضوع قبل لاندخل الجيم لازم نسخن في الشارع نخمس والقطاوه تركض ورانا قدام الناس ، هذا غير ان الموظفات يحطولهم اكل ومسوين لهم وليمه عند الباب منظر غير حضاري بالمره غير الذباب اللي يتجمع على اكل القطاوه . كلمنا الاداره قالو والله مايخصنا في الشارع مع انه هذا مش شارع هذا مدخل الجيم عند الباب بالضبط ، حرام والله أنا وخواتي مشتركين في الجيم و نخاف من القطاوه. نروح الجيم مرتعبين . نحن نبا نكتسل الاشتراك .وترجعولنا بيزاتنا.

Negative experience: i joined the gym more than 10 days ago, and found out that the ladies dont have a very important machine that i use regularly for working out. i cancelled my membership and since then none of them has returned my money and it has been horrible customer service!!! they keep telling me to wait but how long will i wait for my money to be bqck i am infuriated

The gym is incredibly spacious, eliminating any crowding issues. With a wide range of classes, a restaurant, huge changing rooms, clean showers, and a refreshing pool, the amenities are top-notch. The facilities are always well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Though I left Ajman a while ago, I still wish they would open a branch in Dubai.
