Negative experience: The gym is good — clean, well-equipped, and a decent place to work out. However, I strongly recommend choosing only the monthly subscription. The long-term plans can end up being a waste of money if any emergency or unexpected situation comes up.

Fantastic experience: Its really a good gym. Every possible exercise machine is available and it spans around a big area where you won't face problem even during crowded sessions. They have place for aerobis and a big swimming pool too. You can learn boxing too but its paid. There are plenty to gym assistants and coaches who will help you for your needs. Best part is that uts not very expensive as compared to other branded gyms.

After the treatment, I returned to the gym and spoke to them about extending my membership since I wasn't there for two months. At first, they asked for some proof of my claim, and when I agreed , they changed their stance and told me that they wouldn't compensate me

Fantastic experience: I have been a member there for the last year ,and have renewed my subscription there for 4 times . They really do have good offers specially for ladies with a wide range of training machines and tools to use . The best part of it is attending the gym group classes in the evenings at 8 pm. Such an amazing experience specially when you are trained in those classes by professional coaches like Sam , Oswald and Muideen , since they joined ,the classes became more practical and fun to do . You spend an hour and a half burning all the fat without feeling bored . I strongly recommend .

There are only personal trainers available for an additional fee. The equipment is very poor, limited, and outdated. The only positive aspect is a young Sudanese staff member who is very nice. However, I do not recommend it, even if it were free.”

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with swimming lessons for my 5-year-old daughter. When I initially booked the lessons, the staff seemed nice and accommodating. However, we soon discovered several issues. There was only one working shower room in the ladies' changing room, the carpet in the stairs smelled bad, and there was no designated waiting area for parents. Additionally, the facility did not provide any opportunity for parents to observe their kids' lessons or see their progress, despite initial promises to do so. I had booked 36 lessons for my daughter, with the understanding that we could take up to 4 or 5 months to complete them due to potential missed days. The staff assured us that there was no time limit for completing the lessons. However, after three months, they abruptly informed us that we could not continue and were very rude about it. The manager spoke harshly to my wife, and the staff resorted to lying. The invoice clearly stated 36 swimming classes with no time limit, yet they refused to honor this agreement. Overall, I would not recommend this facility in Ajman. It is unhygienic and poorly managed. Let me clarify some details. The facility did extend the lessons because we missed two classes—one due to the absence of the coach and another day when the kids were allowed to swim in water the coach deemed unsafe. Ultimately, we lost a total of five classes. Furthermore, I never signed any agreement that stated a three-month completion period; we only signed a daily entry form, which does not constitute an agreement. If you're considering taking legal action over a review, it might be more beneficial to reassess how feedback is handled. Engaging with reviews, both positive and negative, can offer valuable insights for improvement. Approaching criticism with an open heart and a willingness to improve reflects well on your business and can help build a stronger relationship with your customers. Embracing feedback, rather than fearing it, can strengthen your reputation in the long run.
