Negative experience: مدعومة برؤسائها وتحت إشرافهم وبحضورهم، تقوم موظفة الاستقبال بإهانة العملاء والصراخ عليهم، بينما رد المدير الذي كان حاضرا "إنها فقط تقوم بعملها"، وفي اليوم التالي يقومون بتأليف القصص عن ذات العملاء وتشويه سمعتهم بإدعاء أنهم لم يكونوا يدفعون اشتراكاتهم طوال فترة انضمامهم للصالة، وعندما تم مواجهة موظفة الاستقبال بواسطة عملاء آخرين اعترفت بخطئها وعندما تمت مطالبتها باعتذار، قالت "أنا لا أعتذر للسودانيين" هذا ليس سلوكا فرديا، هذه هي سياسة خدمة العملاء في هذا المكان، لا عجب أنهم ينافسون الجميع في تدني أسعار الاشتراكات، ولا عجب أنه صاحب أكثر الإصابات أثناء التمرين، ولن أتفاجأ لو سمعت غدا أن هذا المكان قد أصبح حديث المدينة بسبب أي مشاكل من أي نوع... أنصح الجميع بالابتعاد عنه، وخصوصا لتوفر العديد من الخيارات الممتازة حوله

Fantastic experience: I started subscribing this month, and mash Allah the place is very clean, the people are very respectful, the equipment is new, they guide you from the first minute you enter it, and they are very friendly. My regards to Captain Moaz, Captain Badr and Captain Kamel

Positive experience: The place is fine. Its smaller from the place where i used to go. We did not register because we are looking for a place with more selections of machines we can use. Their prices are affordable and also they have offers for couples.

Negative experience: It is not surprising that it is the cheapest gym in the neighborhood. It will be clean and ACs on only while they are collecting new subscription fees only. Their customers' service policy looks like the inspiration came to the founder from the prison gym, very dramatic staff, inactive couches, and an ambulance should stay at the entrance all the time. I subscribed for one month last year, then moved to another gym and rated it with one star, then the manager questioned my brother about that star, in a cartel style, instead of responding here knowing why I think their place deserve one star. If your goal is reducing the stress, find somewhere else to join. Here, you will get more stress. If you are not a pro, find somewhere else. It is not safe for you here.
