The Warehouse Gym - Jumeirah Park

Fantastic experience: I recently tried an ice bath for the first time at The Warehouse in Jumeirah Park, and it was an invigorating experience! Initially, the cold was shocking, but I quickly acclimated and felt a rush of energy and clarity. Focusing on my breathing helped, and stepping out left me euphoric and warm. I learned about the many benefits, like reducing inflammation and improving recovery, which made the experience even more rewarding. I highly recommend everyone give it a try at The Warehouse—it’s a unique way to refresh your body and mind! Just remember to ease into it and enjoy the ride!

Negative experience: This gym charges a premium subscription, claiming to provide a range of amenities and features that aren’t available across all branches. However, the reality is far from their promises: 1. The steam room has been under maintenance for a month, and this isn’t the first time—it’s happened multiple times in less than a year of my membership. 2. If you visit around peak hours, it is nearly impossible to find a towel (noting that you are entitled to 2 per visit). That’s because the staff is inattentive to who they offer towels for. 3. Unlike other branches where the changing rooms are regularly supervised and kept clean, this branch is not. The changing rooms / washrooms are often unattended, leaving the shower area dirty and unpleasantly odorous. 4. Over 20 lockers have been deactivated and remain unfixed since I joined, making it nearly impossible to find a locker during peak hours. 5. Despite being marketed as a premium gym, there’s no electronic gate or proper access. Many non-members enter freely, turning it into a public space (some of which have become my friends). This lack of control is one of the main reasons why the gym is over-occupied. This branch has a great pool and equipment, but it certainly falls short of the premium experience they advertise.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This gym is absolutely fantastic! The industrial vibe of the warehouse setting creates such a motivating atmosphere, and the equipment is top-notch and well-maintained. There’s plenty of space, so even during peak hours, it never feels overcrowded. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help or offer advice on technique. They’ve created a welcoming environment that caters to all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced lifters.

Negative experience: The gym has a limited number of machines compared to the high number of people using it. It’s disappointing that a standard branch like Ibn Battuta offers more machines and more advanced equipment than Jumeirah Park. I do not recommend this gym at all. For the same price, Wellfit is way way way advanced and better.

Positive experience: Usually I like warehouse gyms. I don't like this one as much because of how much light they let in through the windows... to be honest some people may like this... but I personally prefer the warehouses that are darker and have the nice lighting inside. This gym could improve in my opinion if they can put some kind of film over the windows that they it can shield the UV rays, and help make it a little less bright especially when the sun is rising and lowering... I was doing hip thrusts and the sun just came in straight into my eyeballs. And every time I walk on the treadmills, there is no way to avoid the light that reflect off the pool onto my face... I can feel my skin and face aging faster that it needs to already. Well besides this gym allowing in to much light, I can say that I do enjoy the restaurant they have downstairs. Workers are nice and friendly. Equipment is good expect they lack a seated calf raise machine/ standing calf raise machine. But usually we've been able to find parking right out front which is nice.

Negative experience: UPDATE: the gym keeps getting less organized and more crowded. Staff don't care about keeping it tidy. Towels unavailable half the times. Class is taking the entire gym space 2 years with WH. Probably the best in terms of equipment, but many members are very entitled and have no gym etiquette. The gym crew doesn't bother to ask members to respect rules like returning weights or hogging machines. Gym crew also doesn't clean up after entitled members that don't tidy their stations Either educate your customers or clean up after them please so we can all get the best out of our workouts Looking at alternatives as it's getting so busy and staff doesn't do much to keep the gym tidy.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms with great facility! Came here to try the much talked about infrared sauna therapy -as it boosts collagen production and mood - its great for weight loss - i started to sweat in ten minutes! Definitely coming back here to work out more as the restaurant here has great offerings for healthy food

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, nice classes (i use to go Sanaz class for Mobility, definitely recommended). Facilities are very good, well maintained and clean. Maybe bit crowded to swim in the afternoon due to kids swimming classes occupying almost all the lines.

Positive experience: Mixed opinion so far. First time I went there for a swimming lesson for my son. We couldn't find (nor the staff could point me at) any male indoor changing room that is near to the near the swimming pool. I just saw a female one. Not really convenient (or healthy) having to walk in a strong air-conditioned environment after having spent an hour outside (and you are still soaked).

Positive experience: Rating 3 as I go daily since they opened. A lot of + points like spacious, new machines, parking, clean / neat almost all the time. You never see the floor manager or able to meet him/her ever. I had many complaints so I asked several times, they’re never available, you can leave a complaint which no one gets back to or told to call the number on website. As a consumer you should be able to meet the manager & convey your concerns… how else would you get better? Things about the changing room that I’d rather not say here. The extreme LOUDNESS of certain classes that makes staying in the huge gym or training extremely difficult. Groups of 6-8 members training as if they’re alone at 4am. Little to no consideration to anyone else, loud, leave machines & floors messy & poor cleaners wiping every 10 min. I also don’t get how people combine outdoor workout with laps in the pool without taking quick shower.

Fantastic experience: Simply excellent! For many reasons The only branch that has pool steam and sauna Also the only branch that cardio devices well connected to internet so you can directly watch movie or show during my daily cardio workouts I love it

Positive experience: Good gym but if you do classes and they get cancelled they never bother to inform you. This happened to me three times where i went to the gym and they told me the class was cancelled. Bad service.

Fantastic experience: I felt it’s biggest gym all over UAE, 3 levels of facility, massive machine and free weight area, huge verity of equipment, profesional and attentive staff. Massive pool, extremely big cardio and cycle room. Separate miracle is the changing rooms on every level as well as my favorite part verity of bio hacking services, my favorite led bed, infra red sauna and ice bath. 10/10 highly recommend

Positive experience: I have been using gym clubs for the past 10 years and a current member of this Gym for a while. Although the membership fee of warehouse gym is higher than the other famous chain gyms, which at the beginning it looks because of higher standards and quality of services, but in fact the quality of service this specific branch provides to its members is poor and the members voices are not being listened. Just as a very simple example, the gym ran out of towels between 5:30 pm till 8:0 pm every day and despite all the complaints i hear daily at the reception desk, still no one tried to solve it. This issue will not looks so simple if we know that so many people comes to this club for the swimming and there are lots of kids swimming classes at this time . I hope someone hears.

They have a fully functioning swimming pool outdoors and some outdoor seating areas. I used their ice bath and it was amazing, tucked away in a private room. Really enjoyed it. They have so many recovery treatments too. Highly recommend

Pre training coffee at the cafe, workout in the bright and lush green gym, do a workout outside in winter, swim in the pool, use the steam and sauna Only issue is the lag time in the team fixing equipment like the multiple cables meaning peak times get busy.

Positive experience: Great gym. Almost perfect, just a few minor points to improve. The good: Really big gym space with lots of machines, free weights, plates, etc. Ample parking outside and in the shops next door. Modern equipment. Very clean and tidy. The bad: Tiny changing rooms. No water fountain (should be illegal) Lighting is so bad on the gym floor at night - Had to use my phone torch to see the weight on machines. 1 (of only two) male toilets has been under maintenance for 2 months.

Fantastic experience: WH JP is one of the best gyms in Dubai. The interior and its facilities are amazing which makes us members feel motivated every time. I hope they can add more steam bath facilities too tho ;-) Overall, facilities and services is superb! In terms of team members, I'd like to mention - Justine has been very accommodating since the day we inquired for membership. The decision to shift was quite abrupt because our previous club was closing down. Justine, on a weekend (or I think he was on sick leave that day) did not hesitate to reply to whatsapp and/or answer phone calls to provide us, especially me as I was really confused, with solutions. The club is a bit more costly than what I had from previous but so far, most of the staff are accommodating and are approachable

Fantastic experience: 1st time member for warehouse gym, and I picked the best home branch at WH JP. Facilities are very well maintained and the location is situated nicely at Jumeirah Park. Crew are very organized on clean ups and assisting members. Shout out to Justine for properly arranging me and my friends on setting up our memberships, straight up explained all the benefits we can get from WH, classes usage etc. And there is an awesome pool outside, don't forget about that too.

Fantastic experience: I booked my first ever session for cryotherapy with Justine @WHG Jumeirah Park and because am claustrophobic it was not easy but Justine was super amazing very patient and explained everything clearly and calmed my nerves by reassuring me that his right outside the door and informed me of the benefits and other therapies I could try out. After my first ever session I immediately booked another 10 session with Justine. So if your thinking of trying this out ask for Justine friendly helpful and knowledgeable and the benefits are amazing for the whole body recovery especially after a good workout.
