Fantastic experience: I had so many yoga sessions with Om Tat Sat now and I can say that the instructor is really patient and adapt the class to all levels. She explained clearly all asanas. I love how she structure the classes by relaxing breathings beginning and ending. Thanks to her I can do headstand now and I'm more confident on all my poses. Yoga is now part of my daily life and I recommend everyone to join her weekend sessions. I have discovered so many good places in the UAE!

Fantastic experience: Singing up for these classes is the biggest self-improvement I have done this year as woking from home for months due to COVID restrictions led to a few health issues. Coach Anshu is a genuine person and is very hands-on to help you do better provided you put in the effort too. Highly recommended if you want to build strength, flexibility and mental focus at the same time.
