Al Furjan Club

Negative experience: The receptionist is very poorly managed and is often aggressive, always demanding payment. You don't get any sense of hospitality, and people only go here because of its convenience of it being in the community. You would think that residents of Al Furjan get a discount, but no, it has a higher price than top gyms in Dubai, like Warehouse Gym. Their Food is very average and overpriced (we're talking 100+dhs for a small burger). The only people eating the food are the drunk ones, which makes sense why they would put a bar. The equipment is old and outdatedand there are not enough weights. When the gym gets funding, it goes towards 15 TVs that don't even work! And for the 3 years I have been going, not once have i seen all the machines fixed and operating. Overall, this gym is a big failure and has so much potential to be a communal hub and a great place for residents of Al Furjan to be in.

Fantastic experience: Great place

Negative experience: They don’t let your kids in the bouncy castle if they are too tall, if they’re even slightly taller than a normal kid or they look taller, they would not be allowed to enter. They are body shaming. Everybody who tries to enter saying that you’re like too fat to enter or too tall to enter please if you care about your kids, mental health and the entertainment the security and the lifeguards are very rude. They don’t let you do anything as the place can get very boring and they don’t have any activities either.this is my kid sad she can’t enter cus she’s tall and bloated

Fantastic experience: Having fun here amazed my heart so much .. I have so much fun here the people in the clubhouse was all fun I really enjoyed my coming here

Negative experience: Could be a nice place but unfortunately as other reviews have mentioned the manager Katie and the staff are unpleasant and unhelpful. If I was owner I would seriously be reviewing my staff.

Fantastic experience: My all-time favorite clubhouse! It has a fully equipped gym with excellent private trainers, a huge swimming pool, tennis court, and more. Plus, there's McCafferty’s Irish Sports Bar, a great spot to hang out with friends and family or host parties. Perfect mix of fitness, fun, and good vibes!

Negative experience: terrible service, after noon shift receptionist is very rude and doesn’t cooperate with anyone at all, and is always on phone calls and doesn’t respond to me in a respectful manner. Just nods her head at me .I don’t recommend AT ALL

Negative experience: Might be the worst service I’ve seen in my 23 years in the UAE. I’d only recommend coming here if you’ve reached peak inner peace and need something to completely destabilize it, like a live experiment in raising your blood pressure and shortening your life expectancy. The receptionist’s attitude is almost impressive, if the goal was to be as unhelpful, dismissive, and rude as humanly possible. When I asked why the poolside waiter was actively ignoring customers in favor of sitting inside with the AC, she rolled her eyes, turned her back to me mid sentence, and walked off like I was just another inconvenience. The manager is barely of any help, and she seems to be the one enabling the common theme of rude behavior across the rest of the employees. To be clear: I never write Google reviews. But this place? It earns a negative five stars. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience for merely existing, by all means, visit. For everyone else with standards above “absolutely none,” do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. I hope this can save at least 1 family’s weekend.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. Never coming ever again. I have never seen more rude staff in the UAE. I would ask to order food and by the time a waitress would come I had already waited 2 hours in the scorching heat. Waitresses ignore you and give u attitude also very rude to little kids and manager doesn’t help either. Filipino receptionist is very rude and unprofessional rolls eyes after everything u say and always has a rude tone in her voice. Would never recommend coming here. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Yesterday I had lunch and witnessed very bad service, rude way of serving. Had to wait 30 minutes to take the order, and had to wait another 40 minutes to get my food on the table. Zero customer experience, rude manager, very far from Dubai standards. Relying on being the only club at Furjan. Not recommended.

Positive experience: Good Yoga and Pilate sessions They need to increase the regular classes as lots of members book so not many can avail of the services.

Negative experience: I went to have my annual membership but surprised with the attitude of the lady in the front desk. I left without even thinking twice, dunno how she’s presenting such a place.

Negative experience: The receptionist and her manager are very aggressive and super unfriendly ,since they are working here they are limiting family members and trying to put lies on us and at the end no one knows what they are asking no matter for them we are one of old members here . And they need to understand at least to not be rude with customers !!! They even not listen and just trying to talk about couple of sentences they memorized. The only friendly and really nice one is life guard . We really all like him and his manner .

Positive experience: Reasonably maintained but it gets more crowded during weekends.

Positive experience: The kids had a blast at the pool & in few visits made 2 friends. Entrance fee is very reasonable & you get credit to order F&B with that same amount. Chilled during weekdays but surely busy on weekends(not crazily). In terms of the gym it is relatively smaller than WarehouseGym JP but you can still get a good workout.

Negative experience: Very bad services! The lady staff name Arzel only keeps rounding and not entertaining their customers. We called her many times but she's not doing anything.

Fantastic experience: Al Furjan Club is a wonderful community club with a 25 metre pool which is very quiet in the evening. All instructors are super cool, and all staff are amazing; everyone knows each other and you can train while grabbing something to eat at the same location. I highly recommend it.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, great food, nice outdoor area over these cooler more pleasant months. And of course the sports on the tvs. Roast Sunday lunch is really good

Positive experience: Good place to go to for Gym, pool, fitness classes and snacks/food when you are in Al Furjan neighbourhood. - Nice 6 lanes, 25 m swimming pool with 2 dedicated lanes for serious swimmers for no distraction during workout - Small shaded kids pool for youngsters - Life gaurd available to man the pool - Nice relaxing area around the pool to have a snack with umbrellas - Clean and tidy showers and changing rooms/toilets are available - half Basketball court and tennis court available (Requires reservations) - Small gym (Total or 6 treadmills) - Classes for swimming, tennis, self defence, strength, Yoga and Personal Trainers are available. Spinning classes are also available - You need to have a membership or pay per visit. Tickets includes voucher to use at the restaurant/bar

Fantastic experience: Beautiful club, love the swimming pool area. Coach Eva is the best coach (we have tried Dolphin Academy and Pool Aquatics; both were mediocre). With Coach Eva kids progressed quickly in swimming skills. She is very polite and hard working and excellent swimming teacher. Highly recommended.
