Fantastic experience: Using again their services this time through privilee, Greg was amazing assisting me with setting up my account. Great gym a bit smaller than I would prefer but U can get ur work done

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Dubai Marina, staff are 10/10, shoutout to Gregg at reception too, very nice and extremely helpful.

Negative experience: The gym location is good, in front of the marina, the trainers also good, although you will have to pay them so they can offer you sessions, there is nothing for free... But the sales team are a bunch of unpressional people, you tell them that you are not interested in their stupid offers and they consistently call you either to renew their plan or to susbcribe to something else... This is harrassement !!!

Negative experience: I have privilee membership which gives me access to the gym and the classes upon reservation. However you need to go thru the fitness first app which was down and not working and i was at the reception asking to get access to the class yet they told me i can not! Super unprofessional!!!

Fantastic experience: I live this view I get in the mood to train, even if I came initially without it. There is all the necessary equipment

Negative experience: The staff and instructors are AMAZING. Need more options for yoga, like ashtanga-Viniyasa, and more endurance classes. The gym equipments are so old, need more modern equipments, urgently!!!

Negative experience: I have lived in marina for over 10+ years and have tried various gyms around and near my home. This is by far the most disappointing one. Their manager Mr. SHAAN(Zeeshan Jehangir) is very MISLEADING AND MISGUIDING. I took a package this January which was a deal for 6+1; I signed up for this after a lot of my friends did. And the manager followed up with me regarding this package. And we called about this as well so it was very clear that i paid for 6 months and got an extra month for free. Now nearing the end of my membership I contacted the reception about this and made sure I had the extra month which I was told about that. But they told me that SHAAN would reach out back to me; when he did; he refused to agree to any sort of agreement. Over the conversation he was very DISRESPECTFUL; he showed me our agreement which I signed although I told him that I signed that document because I thought we had gone over the details in person; he acted as if it was all my fault. HE EVEN WENT AHEAD AND SAID SORRY FOR YOUR MISUNDERSTANDING AND MISTAKE. It was very MISLEADING and he has been completely UNTRUSTWORTHY. He as a manager should definitely be demoted as he doesn’t have manners to speak.before I paid for my membership he was speaking to me very nicely and followed up with me for days on end only for this to be the outcome. It was very MISLEADING. As for the ambience; it is very conjusted and the machines are normally always busy. If you do get a machine and are trying to work out peacefully personal trainers at the gym constantly bother you and try to get you to hire them which can be very annoying. They are constantly interrupting which in the long run gets very annoying. Booking a class opens 2 days in advance however; sometimes even after you book a class there is no space in the studio so it’s pointless. OVERALL MISLEADING MANAGEMENT AND CHANGE STAFF

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a really good experience at Fitness First Dubai Marina. Ray and Julie, the liaison officers, have been super helpful and consistent from the start, always there to assist and genuinely dedicated. I’ve also done seven one-on-one sessions with David, my personal trainer. Having someone to coach and push me has made a big difference, not just physically, but mentally too. It’s easier to stay on track when someone’s there to guide you and make sure you show up. Still got more sessions ahead. Sore today, stronger tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: The facility is nice with decent equipment and a good location and the staff is friendly. From the beginning, I have been working with personal trainer David Jankovic who is very knowledgeable and very fun to train with. He is very enthusiastic about his profession and very interested in your form of exercises, your overall progress and your nutrition so I would recommend working with him to anyone with any level of past experience. He is also very easy to find; once you enter the gym you will be seeing him very quickly probably helping a random guy.

Fantastic experience: Started in Fitness First Marina six months ago and was first greeted by Shan who helped alto and explained all the memberships and selected the best Personal trainer David who has helped me reach my goals already. At the reception Julie Ann ,Gary and Greg are always welcoming

Positive experience: The gym is decent overall, though I wouldn’t consider it a “luxury gym” - I’ve trained at places with much better facilities. That said, I chose this one because of its flexible memberships and wide range of classes. However, I’d like to bring something to the management’s attention. When I joined, I was told my membership included two personal training sessions. I wasn’t particularly interested in PT, but the trainer got my WhatsApp number and persistently messaged me until I agreed to come in. Unfortunately, the entire purpose of these “free sessions” seemed to be just to pressure me into buying more. I made it very clear that I wasn’t interested and didn’t have the budget, but he continued to push — to the point where it became uncomfortable and annoying. The first session, which was supposed to be an hour, lasted only 20-25 minutes and was just an assessment — checking my weight, asking about my diet, and then trying to sell me a package. The second session lasted about 30 minutes, during which he walked me around the gym, stopped to chit chat with other clients, and showed me a few very basic exercises I could’ve done on my own. Again, the session ended with him insisting I purchase more training. The experience was frustrating, and I now find myself avoiding this location just to not be approached again. I hope the management addresses this approach, as it negatively affects what could otherwise be a good gym experience.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Marina. Great crowd and energy + customer service. Shan, Sally, Julie are always helpful and Praveen is one of the best trainers around - great knowledge, insights and push. Learning from the best!

Negative experience: The AC in the main studio is not working properly, the temperature is too hot. The coaches for group classes keep changing the rules on attendance as they feel like it. Most of the classes are full and impossible to find a place. Even if you been lucky to book for popular class,you can’t be sure you will find a spot when you arrive, even if you came on time

Negative experience: Went for trial to try the gym and was very disappointed. The equipment was dirty, no one was wiping down machines / seats when they were covered in sweat. No staff showed me around the facilities either so overall the experience was a let down.

Mr Ahmed keeps every session fresh by changing the training each time which makes it both challenging and enjoyable. The attention to a proper warmup and the stretches therafter are thorough and set the perfect tone for the rest of the workout that has been a game changer for improving flexibility and overall mobility. I always leave feeling less tense, more energized, and motivated to come back for more. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to ease their tech neck and level up their fitness routine. Currently running 3x a wee k but popular so book early not to miss out!

Negative experience: I have been a resident in Dubai for 4 years, I have been a fitness first customer for a long time and this week I have some friends visiting Dubai, we wanted to train at fitness first in Marina gate and when we entered the guy at the reception was very nice and told us that we could get a day pass, he call the manager and a very disheveled man told us with very bad manners that we had to book in advance 24 hours to train one day, I know that this is not true because I have been a customer and in all the fitness first I have been able to train single days, the worst thing is the image that the manager gives and the bad manners and impoliteness with which he has served us, I will not return.

Fantastic experience: Zeeshan is very professional individual and always ready to help out and make sure as a client you are happy. He also directs you on the right direction and always smiling. As I client the vibe and energy is great and big thank you to Mr. Zeeshan for always having a positive attitude and making the process smooth!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Fitness First for 5 years now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best fitness clubs in the UAE! They offer a wide variety of classes, but my personal favorite is their yoga sessions. I do hope they’ll consider adding a sound healing yin yoga class it would be amazing for sound healing enthusiasts like me. The staff are always so welcoming, and the clubs are clean, accessible, and well-organized. My favorite location is definitely Marina Gate!

Моя физподготовка, я бы сказала на начальном уровене, и к тому же, я не владею английским языком и вообще мне было страшно, но благодаря поддржке тренера , я справилась! Занятие прошло в динамичной и дружелюбной атмосфере. Тренер Ahmed Madkour оказывал своевременную помощь, разъяснял и показывал как выполнять упражнения, следил за техникой подбадривал. И вот я - супер герой! Я справилась, благодаря грамотно построенной тренировке. И что важно, я вышла из зала в потрясающем настроении, полна энергии и оптимизма. Fantastic experience: One of my favorite brunches. Stuff is always friendly, free parking, variety of classes. Clean&cozy. Too crowded while peak hours though. Midday is perfect for me. Would be cool to have more of functional training classes. ✌

Positive experience: Great environment with a stunning view, the equipment is good however a bit lacking in quantity and the gym is a little small so it can easily get crowded throughout the day.
