Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my 2 stretch sessions with Stacey so far. She focused on the areas I told her are the tightest. After a good stretch and massage my lower back and hamstrings were feeling relieved. She also gave me some good tips on what to do myself to help with this problem

Positive experience: I did 20 classes of 1-1 assisted stretching with coach Ricardo between December and March. What I enjoyed - location is accessible and studio is clean - Ricardo is knowledgeable and 2 in 1 - physio and chiro - The session is adapted to your level. It’s 1/1 for a reason. - apart from stretching Ricardo also is a great massage therapist. I wish I knew this sooner. - Ricardo is patient and listens to you (you can talk with him for the whole session) - Ricardo also suggested stretches to do at home as well as OTC supplements that can help you. The home stretches were helpful to keep me disciplined. - scheduling is easy and reminders are brilliant What can be improved - use of phone by the therapist during the 1/1 session was unprofessional. Was a big downer for me - excessive push on chiropractic alignments and attaining split - the sessions got repetitive after 5/6 sessions, with me doing the same exercises on my own in the studio in presence of the therapist. (This was adapted after I requested for variations). - Marina studio is smaller than downtown studio. There are fewer therapist and classes especially I missed the aerial sessions which would have been welcome addition and variation to any stretch lesson All in all I would totally recommend the studio for younger demographic with no conditions or injuries who want to challenge and reset themselves! I thank the studio for being part of my journey and hope for them to adapt my feedback constructively.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful studio, helpful and welcoming staff at reception. I attended few time classes with Ricardo, it was amazing and tough! Very charismatic instructor, who is paying attention to students and correcting them if necessary. Truly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great stretching classes, I.e. very practical, consider different levels of physical condition (you can find the level that fits your condition and wishes) and not boring. All coaches are great - I can’t tell who is better, all of them has their own approach and it’s good to attend the classes with different coaches.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience in this studio! It is a stretching specifics studio with assisted and private stretching. I got one Full Body Stretching lesson and fell myself perfect all the day! They also have a group classes. And I like the design and delicious smoothies in this studio!

I did the healthy back class for beginners because it was our first time with stretching experience , it was chilled and relaxed but I feel like it really helped with my back mobility. The instructor was clear and informative, I will definitely attend this class again. And we Had a very delicious fresh smoothies. They have private rooms for one o one stretch as well with free first visit assessment. Enjoy

Fantastic experience: I really loved the personalized design of the studio and also loved the assistant stretching that I did there. It was really lovely amazing and loved I also had group session and met some cool people. The trainer are really informative. The smoothie is perfect to fill your tummy up.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time trying Fly & Stretch and it was amazing! ❤️ i really felt my body’s flexibility and my muscles’ strength. I was scary at first try but the coach is really helpful and nice, she makes sure that everyone will be doing it correctly. You can also have your healthy smoothies after the session! Will definitely book as class and come back here again! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I always wanted to go to a stretching class in Dubai. Finally there is a place for men and women. The staff is super friendly. Booking classes is very easy (either online, on the phone or WhatsApp). I went to a full body stretching class with Ricardo. I feel amazing. I will keep trying their clases. The studio is brand new. There are showers and bathroom and you can get smoothies at the end of your class.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited its downtown branch, and it was amazing! I’ve selected ‘fly n stretch’ class, it was such fun experience, and I could focus on the class so well! (I normally can’t) It’s not just challenging my limit and my fear but also very good mental and physical practice. Especially when I hung in the strap upside down, my hip flex got so much relaxed, blood circulated better and I was focusing on my body, literally I was in meditation mode. At the end of the class, we swung like our childhood, and the teacher told us to believe in ourselves, and cheered us up. And I almost cried. Hands down, it was one of the best experience for me, memorable moment this year!

Fantastic experience: Except for its very nice & accessible location - I want to give a five star to Coach Vipul for being the best coach on yoga classes, specifically yoga stretch & deep stretch yoga. Been attending his classes since it’s opening and I really liked it! He’s making sure that everyone is feeling better during and after the class. Highly recommended & will always take his class again. PS: The juice bar in the studio is also superb

Fantastic experience: I've been to 10 sessions now with Anastasiia. She has been wonderful in helping me regain my flexibility after years of office work with no exercise. We have made noticeable progress in only a few weeks. The staff here are lovely and always welcome you with a smile. I look forward to trying the classes also once I become a bit more confident with my flexibility.

Fantastic experience: After one trial stretch session with Vipul I felt like I could fly. He understood how to challenge my body and stretch it like I have always wanted to, and at the same time he pointed out issues that only I know of and how to treat them by daily exercises and changes in diet and mindset. I bought the membership package the same day.

The most important thing is he loves his work. I see improvement in muscle mobility and flexibility after private assisted stretching with him. Fantastic experience: As an X professional rugby player and a Taekwondo athlete, now a high performance personal trainer, stretching is extremely important and so essential for a lifestyle of fitness, and to reduce the risk of injuries and to increase mobility. I was blessed to have Katren as my coach and she's extremely knowledgeable and she's helped me to better my understanding of flexibility and my overall well-being, I would recommend anyone to go to the strech sessions here in the Dubai Marina Gate and especially to Katren she's amazing!!!
