Body Design EMS Fitness Club

Fantastic experience: I genuinely had a great experience at Body Design. What made it so good actually was Anna my trainer. She pushed me and she wanted me to gain more strength and stamina which I definitely know i have. It definitely works for muscles. I lost 4kg without working too hard on my diet, had i dieted with dedication Im certain my weight loss would’ve been much more. Also they kept it such that when i would come in to train i would get full privacy with Anna which made it very easy and comfortable for me! But just to help others ild like to add that please do read the contract before signing it and understand that your not going to get a refund under any circumstance. My only road bump that happened right at the start was i needed morning hours (which i got initially with another trainer) but that trainer travelled and so I had to adjust my schedule to fit my new trainers timings which were afternoon hours. With little kids, that was initially a bit tricky and annoying, but i guess in a way I was lucky cause I got the pleasure of having WONDERFUL Anna as my trainer. And like I said the kindness of the other staff members there makes it a very comfortable experience too. Totally recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Went in with a stiff spine and an extra layer of fat, 2 months later my back is stronger than ever and guess what, i peeled off that layer of fat. Looking healthier than ever too. Great workouts and coaches. They always motivate you make sure you give your 110% in there

Negative experience: Unprofessional n under managed place... they kept my money and due to circumstances that we can't go ahead with the package they refuse to deduct the 2 sessions used and refund the rest of the money..its more than a month they hold my money and they aren't properly responsive to give my money back... this is how scam is this company ... be careful before deciding to choose any packages and committing to this... not recommending this to anyone.. don't be SCAMMED!!

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone, greetings. I would like to tell you all that body design EMS fitness club is simply fantastic! I was suggested to try this by a very dear friend of mine and the day I joined I consider it my main work out! Since I joined I have seriously strengthened my muscles and body core and this has effectively cured my back pains, strengthened my shoulders and build up my thigh muscles! The staff at body design ems is amazing! My fitness coach is Hassan, and he is an excellent mentor! I personally highly recommend anyone to join body design ems, to those who have back pains and want to strengthen their body and muscles. I’m sure there are people out there who are having weak muscles and have tried weight lifting and it hasn’t worked for them. So, yeah, for them this is the place to be... to see effective and efficient results, consult body design ems! You won’t regret it!
