Positive experience: ⭐️ 3.0 / 5 Pros Huge variety of machines – you’ll find almost everything you need to train. Option to buy food, drinks, and protein shakes. Usually not too crowded – almost never a wait for machines. The atmosphere is generally good. Cons Cleaning staff focus mainly on the floor, while the machines themselves are rarely cleaned. No towel service. Cable machines are poorly maintained: broken hooks, sharp edges, and missing rubber stoppers make them unsafe. You also can’t train directly with the cables (without handles) because screws stick out. Handle attachments are often old, worn out, or missing completely. The new “Black Power” machines and dumbbells look nice but are impractical: poor grip, slippery when hands are sweaty, and sometimes even painful to use (e.g., chest dips). Music is a major downside: little variety, poor quality (YouTube with ads), sometimes extremely loud (to the point of ear pain, likely around 100db), and not fitting for a bodybuilding gym. Professional camera crews are often filming in the gym, making it nearly impossible to avoid being recorded. Many people train shirtless or in underwear in the middle of the gym. Without a proper posing room, it becomes uncomfortable for other members. Location is in a poor, traffic-heavy area with paid parking. Strict enforcement often leads to expensive fines even if you’re just a minute late. Sometimes very young children (3–5 years old) run around in the gym, which is unsafe around heavy weights. Receptionists are often on their phones, not paying attention to the gym environment, volume, or member safety. Price vs. Quality The monthly fee of $350 is way overpriced. For that cost, one would expect services such as free parking, towel service, water, or even meals. Instead, with parking and water added, the cost can rise to around $450 per month. Meanwhile, I’ve trained in gyms costing $50–100 that include extras like towels and free drinks. Conclusion Binous Gym is large, with plenty of machines and a decent atmosphere. But the lack of professionalism, poor facilities, excessively loud and repetitive music, constant filming, and extremely high price point make it far from “premium.” It’s a place where you can train, but it doesn’t deliver on what it promises. Fantastic experience: what can I say about this Gym of the 100 I have reviewed I’d say definitely top 3 probably the best, the equipment is amazing top brands gym80,hoist, panatta, new tech, prime , matrix, gymleco, black power to name a few. Good layout plenty of space, very aesthetically pleasing, good amount of free weights, highly recommend price I think 199aed around £40, anyone that enjoys a bodybuilding gym get it on your bucket list. good Job

Negative experience: UNSAFE and Rat infested gym!!!! I dont know what management is thinking when they keep moving all equipment around nonstop but safety is definitely not a part of it!! Some smart person put the hip thrust machine right behind the kick back machine!! As a result I got hit in the head by the machine while doing hip thrusts—another member doing kickbacks accidentally caused it, (which is not his fault he didnt see me) and it could’ve seriously injured me. I reported the incident to the receptionist and and all they did was laugh, when I asked four times, FOUR TIMES throughout two weeks!!!! At receptionist and asked for the manager or owner to complain!!!! and no one has gotten back to me. Not even a basic check-in to see if I was okay. The lack of responsibility and concern for member safety is shocking. On top of that, the gym is poorly maintained—old, broken equipment everywhere, and I’ve even seen rats on more than one occasion. It honestly feels like no one cares whether members are safe, comfortable, or even acknowledged. If you’re looking for a clean, professional, and responsive environment—this is not the place.

Fantastic experience: Das Gym selbst ist definitiv eines der besten. Unbestritten. Fokus ist klar auf BB. Das erkennt man auch zügig an den Gästen. Das Dubai wild ist wissen wir alle. Aber hier erlebt man echt noch mal eine andere Nummer. Gigantisch was hier für ein Publikum gastiert. Man muss damit leben das es hier zum überwiegenden Teil um sehen und gesehen werden geht. Handys und Kameras sind teilweise mehr im Fokus als das Training. Was auch schon mal störend sein kann. Aber das weiß jeder bevor er hier her kommt. Ansonsten ist das Gym selbst herausragend. Geräteauswahl, Anzahl der Geräte, Essen, Trinken, Atmosphäre alles Super. Sauberkeit und Pflegezustand gut. Allerdings, vermutlich bedingt durch den starken Durchgangsverkehr, auch nicht sehr gut. Umkleiden und Sanitär sind dagegen ungewöhnlich gut gepflegt und sauber. Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Mit dem Auto kein Problem. Mit der Metro etwas umständlich. Alle sind freundlich und es herrscht grundsätzlich eine sehr positive und motivierende Stimmung.

Maybe she should be given training in talking to people and training in respect… It's great to have such a good gym, atmosphere and customers but these girls represent your gym when you first meet them...

Positive experience: Ein Gym mit interessanten Ansätzen, aber nicht mein persönlicher Fall Binous Gym hat definitiv seinen eigenen Charme und viele interessante Ansätze, doch persönlich konnte ich den grossen Hype nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Das Studio ist voll mit Social-Media-Models, was die Atmosphäre in eine sehr spezielle Richtung lenkt und wahrscheinlich auch zum Konzept gehört. Zudem hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass die Sauberkeit im Trainingsbeteich hier oberste Priorität hat. Positiv ist die enorme Auswahl an Geräten, hier gibt es wirklich alles, was das Bodybuilder Herz begehrt. Allerdings wirkt die Anordnung auf den ersten Blick eher chaotisch und das Gym insgesamt sehr überfüllt. Das Konzept, das ultimative Bodybuilding Mekka zu sein, ist ambitioniert, aber in der Umsetzung fühlt es sich mehr wie ein wild zusammengewürfelter Mix an. (Prrsönliche Meinung) Für Hardcore-Bodybuilding-Fans mag das genau das Richtige sein, mich persönlichbhat es nicht gepackt. Foodkonzept grandios - 5/5 ⭐️

Negative experience: The leg area has been ruined. The Gymleco lying leg curl is gone. Both the hammer strength leg curl are gone. The new tech leg extension upholstery is destroyed. The Gymleco leg press is so rusty and not smooth. I’m paying this kind of money for matrix machines???

Positive experience: It’s a big gym! And you see equipment and people there that maybe aren’t as common at other gyms. Also, there are multiple super cars parked outside. However, I find it strange that such a large gym only has ONE traditional bench press. Furthermore, most equipment is old and disorganized. Lastly, the pricing of everything is too high - from membership to shakes. But overall, I’m glad I went.

Positive experience: This is probably one of the most unorganized gym I’ve ever been to in my life. I got a week pass for 400 aed and immediately regretted it after the first day. It took me a lot of time going from room to room trying to hit the same body parts on different machines. And tbh it starting to fall apart. It was raining and I Saw several leaks from different rooms. Def not worth the price tag, most def over hyped.
