Fantastic experience: After spending months researching options in Dubai on where I could go to go back to being fit, I heard about Fortius from a friend. And from the get-go, the realistic and honest approach to the journey to becoming fit was what made me want to join. Now, seven months in, I can say joining has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a longtime. I appreciate the continuous collaborative experience that is giving me results that are even more than what I expected to achieve. Along with training me, and advising me on nutrition and stress management, my coach educates me, listens and motivates me, and works in enabling me to actively participate towards moving forward in my journey. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time Training with Fortius. Through professional training and one on one consultation, I managed to get some really great results and “almost” managed to get the results I was looking for. In saying that if it were so easy everyone would be signing up for body building competitions. Other than the weight loss and huge increase in stamina and strength, the most positive thing from my journey with Fortius was that they cared about me as a client and prioritized mt health over quick unsustainable results. I learned a lot from the transformation process and am confident I will get more results moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Fortius for over two years. It has been a great experience. I learned a lot about fitness, improved my strength, and continuously kept improving my physique. I appreciate the fact that they are pretty flexible when it comes to the training schedule.

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to work with Fortius in a semi-private group class setting and experienced great strength and endurance improvement results! I managed to drop 8 kilograms over 12 weeks with four weekly sessions. The process had its ups and downs, but I was happy with the overall results. Unfortunately, I had to break from training, but now I am back and working one-on-one with coach Milos. I know that losing weight and building muscle is not easy, but I am optimistic we will get there!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend them enough !!! I started training with Andj in 2018 after a bad accident. After only one month of of working out with her, I gained back almost full mobility (whereas physio didn’t give me much results) and I’ve been training with her ever since Best part is she is a continuous learner and always there to provide insight, new techniques and advice to better myself physically.

Fantastic experience: I began my training with Andjela from team Fortius after years of injury and the fear of putting myself through anything physical. After meeting Andjela I felt comfortable and at ease as she created a specific plan for me that has now completely transformed my life. Fantastic experience: I found out about Fortius through Instagram. I have training experience but wanted to take my physique to the next level and from his social media I could tell the guy knows how to deliver results and is there for you every step of the way. I loved working with Head Coach Milos because he had a very high level of understanding of biomechanics, which is one of the key elements for people who want to achieve great results the natural way. He paid attention to every detail and curated a food plan personalized to my activity level and goals. I have worked with Milos both in-person and online and can say for a fact that he is one of the top trainers out there. He definitely taught me the ins and out of training and gave me a clear understanding how to manage my macros in order to reach the goal I want . I support him through all his endeavors and know that he will succeed with his expertise .
