Fantastic experience: My son have been learning with MPAC for last couple of years and I am very happy with the service provided by academy, especially Mr Osigwe Kingsley and Ms lee are amazing when it comes to support.

Negative experience: I went to there centre sharjah and found its SEALED. Reason they give - municipality close for renovation.. liers that building is super new and never need renovation. they never mentioned that this place is SEALED and send me the payment link prior. .. since then I am trying to reach them but there call centre is never working and they never call or communicate on what's app. Beware parents.

Negative experience: Poor communication once you pay money they stop calling stop responding. Inconsistent fee and random rules. Coaches are good if you can get past the communication and sales. They charge a bomb for uniform to some people while somenothers get it free...no transparency in prices and packages. And even after you pay you have a wait a month or more for uniform because they might forget to order !

Negative experience: Very bad and they will only take your money. I registered with them in Abudahbi Raha gardens, One of the worst academy's ever, they took my money and started canceling session in Raha gardens and changing to an unfit venue also changing session timing even with these changes they didn't do the classes , my kids only attended 3 classes, and they canceled more than 12 classes and they said no sessions till after new year, they are unprofessional they only take your money and they don't care, after failing in delivering there service they refused to refund and claim the will provide credit note and guess what a credit for no service equals to nothing they just took your money and refuse to refund , I never recommend going with them, adding to no response from all management they temporarily closed there phones and hide behind outsourced customer services, what a dissapointement

Fantastic experience: We are happy with Mpac coaches and also the customer service desk. Always quick in responding through WhatsApp. Big Kudos to Kingsley for his excellent support on the quote, payments and change of classes or any other issues. We will continue the next term for all our boys.

Negative experience: Return our money back!!!!! You guys are hiding!! From the main office , accounts department up to the management. It is not our problem if you don’t have enough kids to train in Arbor School. When asking for the payment, your sales people are in a rush to close the deal and sending the payment link super quick and now by refunding takes ages. Issue started June 2024 til now Mid of November the refund is not ready. Telephone operator named LEE is always saying that It has been approved by the accounts since June! Be fair, do not just reply to the ones who is giving you 5 stars! Deal with others whom you abandoned!

Positive experience: Good academy to train in. Unfortunately my favorite coach, coach Abdullah left the academy due to issues to his job. The academy is quite slow. Tbh like when a hoop is broken they take months to change it. Till now one of the hoops on the Sharjah branch broke and they still haven't repaired till now. It's been almost a year. Very disappointed because of that.

Fantastic experience: **Coach Feedback for Ikara and Admin Team Appreciation** I want to express my gratitude for Coach Ikiaran and his dedication to each child’s basketball development. He takes time to address individual needs, providing valuable feedback on fundamental skills like dribbling and shooting. Today’s training was exceptional, showcasing his commitment to helping the kids improve. Coach Andrew is also efficient and very good. I also want to commend Kingsley and the admin team for their outstanding support and quick response times. Kingsley always provides efficient workout solutions and demonstrates extensive knowledge, making every interaction a positive experience. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication!

Negative experience: I had an unpleasant on of the worst experience at Raha School during a sports session for my son. The coach was extremely rude, stating, “I’m not babysitting,” and made an upsetting comment about my child putting his hand in his mouth because he look younger that 5 years. He then told us to “get out of my field” in front of my son, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. I had paid upfront for the session and did not expect such disrespectful treatment. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in an environment meant for children. I hope this massage reach to all parents before approaching this facility.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS. Be careful. I do not recommend this place. We had a very disrespectful incident by coach Ike. Unfortunately, they took the full amount and were extremely disrespectful, which is not acceptable at all. They are refusing to return our money, which is a major scam as they are the ones who refused to train our son and were extremely disrespectful. Stay away from them.

Negative experience: Very poor service in sharjah. I have called them 3 times and yet no one has bothered to revert back to me. It’s almost like I am begging them to take money from me .

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for kids to play and interact. Friendly and cooperative staff!

Positive experience: MPAC is very good for kids. My son loves basketball and absolutely enjoys the classes. Birthday celebrations are also well organised .

Negative experience: Horrible experience. They kept changing venues for their basketball classes (deficit of coaches) or they would just simply cancel the class an hour before the session. I have been chasing them for two months for refund and they just send the same response every time I follow up. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Not recommended at all!! Shame on you and your unprofessionalism.

Fantastic experience: MPAC is the best Basketball academy in Dubai.. They are very professional.. give personal attention in individual learning.. The motivational level is very high and ensures kids bring out their best qualities in the game.. The support team is very much approachable any time of the day and very much helpful in all the fronts including scheduling rescheduling the classes.., especially Osigwe Kingsley has been so helpful, listening to the requirements patiently and addressing all the queries, giving multiple options to suit our requirements. Thank you Kingsley and the Coach team for wonderful experience and learning for my kids..

Negative experience: Unprofessional they make some customers pay 120aed per session …and other 45 aed per session …and don’t be fooled their no refunds for missed classes or class missed in the past terms ….the locations are always on and off

Negative experience: We made a booking for 9am Sunday they took payment for the booking we got up early and made our way to then find out they are not even open at 9am and don’t open till 11 took our money for no reason and wasted our Sunday morning. Terrible service

Negative experience: This place has fair prices maybe! The staff not the best as customer servicing, they are kind though! If you have a kid and you want to enroll them in the summer camp it is not the best thing, coz the trainer is not that kind and they are able to punish kids of 2 years and a half . My kid wasn’t even able to continue and hopefully he is not traumatized of this first approach! I am not complaining about all the trainers for sure the others could be much better! The trainer am talking about is Mr. Godfree

Negative experience: I am really disappointed how offenly they cancel class just 2 before and no one contacted how it's going to compensate or reimburse. 3rd term I booked for 27 classes in which they missed 11 classes by giving excuse that Al Raha Abu Dhabi school court is not accessible.

Fantastic experience: My son has been attending the basketball classes since 2022 at German International School which is the closest to DSO. The co-ordinator Mr. Kingsley explains patiently each and every detail and helps make the payment through the portal also offering easy payment plans. Coach Jeremy is excellent and my son enjoys training for basketball under the coach. Hats off to his determination and patients, coach Jeremy ensures the kids enjoy learning as well as playing

Fantastic experience: This is the second year my children have been studying at MPAC on the site of the Jess school. I love the atmosphere, the great team and the professionalism of the coaches Ike, Tunde, Charles, Andrew, Dave, and Brian. I also send a personal greeting to customer representative Osigwe Kingsley. Negative experience: Poor customer handling. They keep Chasing you until they get the term fees then they disappear. You chase them to know where the session is relocated, when is it rescheduled, why no one informed, why is it cancelled suddenly ...etc you will pay for things that you will not need. Waste of time and money.

Negative experience: My son has been with MPAC for almost 2 years. Last year, everything was fine, but now they keep sending messages that the sessions are cancelled, giving us excuses that the school needs the basketball court. I was surprised today when I was passing to find the court was empty and nobody was using it. If u are having problems with your coaches or not finding a coach, just refund the money back to the parents and stop lying. You offered makeup sessions, and you don't have options for makeup. Also, u offered credit notes for the coming semester. With this service, I want to move my kid to another basketball academy. I don't want a credit note. You are not honest with the parents, and you are wasting our kids' time. The funny part they always send me messages asking about my feedback, but nothing in return, no actions were taken to improve your service. By the way, Coach Ike is amazing with the kids he did a great job with my son's basketball skills. The location is al raha school abu dhabi.

Negative experience: My son has been two years with them , in the beginning he was enjoying and having fun . But this year he has been struggling the coaches has been making fun of him because he is asking them to tie his laces which is very annoying, the kids are awkward all the time not sharing the ball with him specially in the league which has been annoying. He is 8 years old and he has been facing problems with the staff saying bom bom it means you are baby. The only coach he is very nice , kind and gentle he only works in impact and the responsible for the league I don’t know his name, the receptionist and the workers are very helpful the workers are very nice and really helpful. But the coaches sorry to say it they bully my child. Anyways thank a lot impact. This our last year iam moving him to another Centre.

Negative experience: My son has been with MPAC in Regent Int. School since February this year. Almost every week there are delays/cancellations of classes and we are mostly not notified about this in advance. After kids arrive to the court, they are informed about either cancelation or change in timing. This is not acceptable at all as we don’t even know how to recover the missed sessions this term. Will surely not enroll my child with them next year.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has joined MPAC and we are very happy since she has improved a lot. Coach Jalil is fantastic he is always pushing her beyond her limits and thanks to his advices she is already in the advanced team for the current term. We also have a great support from the coordinator service specially Mr Kingsley who is always happy to help.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this basketball training club to anyone looking to enhance their skills and reach their full potential. My (14 and 10 years) children have developed so much and become more confident on the court. Negative experience: Don't join these thieves! I just read all reviews now and the same story seems to repeat itself. I have just been robbed of AED1701! So they pushed me to enrol and pay in full for term 3 which I did for a class that was on Friday evening. I can't do other days and guess what 2 days before the start they informed me that the class was cancelled due to insufficient numbers. They asked me to pick other times or locations. I say I cannot do others and I subscribed for that particular slot. They said they can give credit for next term which I don't want because the same will happen with timings. Its been 3 months they keep saying they will try to refund me and still nothing. That's how they get their money by scamming people. I am going to complain. disgusting!!!!!! Update: after 8 months I still have not received my refund despite it being approved. And now they stopped replying to me even. Stay away from them at all costs!

Negative experience: Updated on June 30 The experience has reached a new level of unprofessionalism and poor service! Their new coach Ike is rude and has no respect to the parents nor the kids, he has a negative attitude and doesn't show respect to us as parents. What started with a great experience in the past has changed now to a terrible experience. Do yourself and your child a favor and spend your money where you will be treated with respect and your kidz can learn something. Feel sorry for you for how bad you became now!!! ======================== Updating: The situation is going from bad to worse week by week, total mess with the timing, rude catches, poor response, ee have been asked to attend certain classes and when we show up, it turns to be for different age group. Never again! ====================== I've started sending my kids to MPAC since March, and I'm having a rollercoaster of experience with them. First, I have to acknowledge the outstanding customer service of Mr. Kingsley who has been doing a great job even before we register and until today. Second, we had a wonderful coach called coach Reven whom I haven't seen any coach with his experience and dedication in any other school before (I've tried many). Coach Reven's work showed a great results from the 4th week of training, the boys have quickly developed a great command over the ball with great personal maneuvering abilities which made me really happy! Unfortunately, Coach Reven has suddenly left the school and now the kids had to restart with a new coach who's certainly not as skilled as Reven, which made the kids loses their interest in the class. Additionally, I'm facing some difficulties with the very limited session timings and venues available in Abu Dhabi and how poorly this is managed by their customer service lady. Simply, if you miss a class or if they cancel a class there is almost no chance of making it up! Conclusion: I had a wonderful experience with MPAC in the beginning. But now this experience is turning the opposite way very fast!

Positive experience: Both my children have been training with MPAC sports academy for past couple of years. I am very happy with their progress and above all it's great to see them simply loving the game. To further their skills, apart from the regular sessions, kids can participate in leagues and camps as well. Coaches Michael and Shema have been fantastic, and Osigwe K. has been a great support over the years.

Negative experience: Don’t trust them. I enrolled my child in MPAC for one term, which initially seemed great. However, before the term ended, they started bombarding me with calls and WhatsApp messages, urging me to pay for the next term. Just two days after I paid, they informed me that only two children, including mine, had registered for the VISS location, deeming it unsuitable for my child's development. Despite my child often training alone previously, they decided to change the training time and location, which did not suit me. I had paid specifically for a certain time and location, and argued that any alterations were not my responsibility. They offered to hold my payment of 1417.5 AED as credit, which I found unreasonable as it would be tied up indefinitely. I requested either the continuation of training as initially agreed or a refund. Now, they're ignoring my messages and calls, leading me to feel like my money has been taken without services rendered.

Negative experience: I have two children learning basketball here, one has been learning for three years, and the other has been learning for two years. Some unpleasant things happened in the middle, but they are all in the past. This time we really couldn't stand it. In February of this year, they urged us to pay the fees from February to June, and we paid them all. Less than two months of classes, now they informed us that they cancelled the course for my eldest son, saying that only one person registered, and they couldn't recruit more students, so they had to cancel the course. My eldest son can't go to class anymore. This school is only for money and is not responsible at all. I suggest that everyone should not choose this school. It is too irresponsible.

Negative experience: The coaches are great but the administration and customer service is terrible. If you have any chance, pick another basketball academy. This one will make you mad and furious with their incompetent management and customer representatives.

Negative experience: The worst I have ever dealt with! Tried to reach their owner but they didn’t allow me. Zero value for the money! Cancelations last minutes, coach doesn’t show up for the class and simply they don’t do refunds they force you to have credit notes even if you don’t wanna deal with them any more lol you have to refer your friends to their poor service. Took them 10 days to reply back with the same answer. You ask for quotation and you wait for a month lol! Don’t recommend them and going for consumer rights cause this is a scam!

Positive experience: Since my 8 years old son join MPAC SPORTS, he’s gained a lot not only technically but also mentally as well emotionally. MPAC SPORTS has very professional coaches and it’s a perfect environment for a kid to grow in the game .

Negative experience: Completely untrustworthy service provider. Very poor classes quality, diminishing quality of teachers over the years, poor customer service, teachers take leaves whenever the y want and there is a random change of teachers without any prior notice to parent for any class. But if student misses classes due to travel , those are never provided for. Communicating something and denying at a later date. Then just keep repeating that we are actively working on it. My trip coincided with the term end in December and no make up lesson or refund has been provided for it yet. Infact, I have been told that only if your child is injured/ sick , then only MPAC will provide for make up lesson / refund. Several emails sent to customer happiness but no productive response. I was not provided the make up lesson. This is just a policy in words not implemented in practice. Also, MPAC likes to go back on their old approval s. If they have committed something, they again keep changing their policy as per their own benefit and to affect the customers badly. Infact, they also denied the the make up lesson / credit note for classes missed due to medical emergency supported by doctors medical report.

Negative experience: And this is the standard response we get from them. "Hi Ratish, Thank you for expressing your concerns about our basketball program. We understand the importance of consistency in coaching for the development of the kids. I want to assure you that our coaches are committed to using the same coaching style and following a consistent curriculum to minimize disruptions in the kids' development. We are actively working on improving communication and addressing your feedback to enhance the overall experience. Your input is valued, and we appreciate your trust in our program. Regards, MPAC Sports" Same response from past 10 months. Nothing has changed and even the good coaches has left MPAC. Another advise - Do not pay them in full at the beginning. Pay quarterly and stop paying once you are not satisfied with the service.

Negative experience: My son has been training with MPAC academy for over 2 years now. The academy training was fine with good coaches, great skills development. I signed him up for the MJBL 8-11 league first time this season, which was a terrible experience. It was completely unorganized at all levels. 1- The players were not fairly distributed among the teams, when it comes to both height and skills. They kept on shuffling the players the first three weeks, supposedly to have a balanced distribution among the teams, which wasn't the case at all. My son was chosen for a team in the last drill pre-league week, then they took him out and put him in another team beginning of the league, while keeping all other players in the same team. This was in favour of keeping some friends who wanted to play together for the same team as they played and won the last league playing for the same team. Keeping in mind that my son level is medium not high, so if they wanted to make it balanced, they would have moved another stronger player to another team. 2- Some coaches were very careless in the tournament compared to other coaches. They were giving basic instructions or not giving any instructions at all, while only 1 or 2 coaches were very passionate and standing on their feet the whole game giving instructions to their team. 3- My son's team coach didn't come for the most important day, the finals. They had another coach who had no clue about the team or the players. I understand coaches could get sick sometimes, but there should be some sort of coordination between them sharing information about the teams and the players. 4- The staff who were in charge of the score and the time, were not paying attention in most games, keeping the time running while the game was stopped, and not counting the scores correctly. This happened almost in every single game. They were very careless and just sitting on the their mobile phones instead of paying attention to the game.

Negative experience: Consider avoiding enrolling your kids in this basketball program if you're serious about their development. The frequent coaching changes disrupt the kids' rhythm, and there's a lack of communication between coaches regarding the kids' skill levels. Despite promises for improvement, parent feedback seems to be disregarded, leading to an unsatisfactory experience for both parents and kids.

Negative experience: PLEASE RESPOND OWNERI enrolled my son in the leuge where there where around 9 people in his team the coach only let him play 1 quarter the coach doesn’t even try to get fouls,telling them what to do mid game etc I COULD COACH BETTER. At the end my son was completely in tears I couldn’t describe it FIX YOU COACHES

Negative experience: My son went to Mpac 5-6years ago was happy with them at the time but then I had to pull him out due to change of timing and venue fast forward 5 years I still get calls/ sms/ whatsapp/ email regularly. I have asked them many times to remove my details from their system . I stayed on the phone until they assured me it’s done with no luck. Unfortunately if you give your contact details to Mpac you will receive spams for life. There is no way to get your privacy back

Negative experience: My experience is so bad with this academy. Un-Proffisional management! Registered my daughter back in May, 2023 however one day before the first session they called to notify me that program timing has been changed. I immediately informed them that new timing doesn’t work for us and asked for refund. Till date refund didn’t happen in spite of regular follow ups and site visits!!!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately very poor customer service and poor management, the only time they call you or follow up with you is for registration and of course payment ! During a semester you won’t get your answer even for the basic question! Imagine if you have a important request then , for sure they will delay it till end of semester

Negative experience: ABSOLOUTLY DIGUSTING. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN WETHER MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. I had went to this academy, and for the first week or two, I found it quite good. But after that thing started to completely drop. These people are total SCAMMERS. I had a bit of a flu at one point, and it was the end of the term, and I missed I couple of lessons. When I asked when I could make up those lessons, they said it was the end of the term and that I wasn't able to make them up. They scammed me off like 4 or 5 lessons. They call me every so often and keep asking me when I'm going to come back. Obviously not. I have moved to another place now, and their behavior is outstanding and loads better than this... thing.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. They are not concerned with quality of classes. Full focus is on money. They will do regular called to check if you have paid or not but once paid they are not bothered. They even exchange assessment information of your child with unknown people. I raised a concern but no action was taken.

Positive experience: The facility is, unfortunately, lacking a changing rooms.

Negative experience: They are the most ANNOYING sales people I have ever seen. They are just chasing me from different number. Keep blocking them they still call me from other numbers. And they are rude, when I explained few times for the sales lady that I am not interested because they are in far location, she started planning how my day should go to be able to bring my kids to them. She entitled herself for no specific reason to plan how I should live my life just for her to make more money. It is so annoying that I thought of reporting them to the police. So unprofessional.

Negative experience: I had enrolled my 4 year old girl for one month and one of the days when she was playing with her own age group kids ,a girl who appeared to be easily 9 to 10 years old, quiet healthy and tall was made to play in the same group as my girl...wen they were made to run she would keep pushing my girl back in order to come first and eventually my daughter fell down very badly and hit her face hard on the ground and started crying. When I asked the African coach as to why this big girl is playing in the group of 4-5 yrs old he replied very rudely saying that the girl is also 4 years old as if mocking our intelligence. He made no efforts to speak to the older girl to correct her or to console my daughter rather walked away ignoring us. My daughter didn't play for the rest of the 30 minutes that were remaining and I had a tough time consoling my daughter. Now they are continously calling me and messaging me on WhatsApp to enroll my daughter again , I am sorry but I won't be paying them to have the same experience again ...
