Fantastic experience: الجيم جيد جدا لا غبار عليه أبدا لكن للأسف ادارة الجيم لا تراعي راحة الجيران انه يسبب ازعاج كبير لمن يسكنون فوقه نرجو من مالك الجيم منع الزبائن من التدريب على البوكس بفترة الصباح الباكر من ساعة 5فجرا يبدء صوت البوكس كالمطرقة فوق رؤوسنا ونحن نيام وحتى وقت متأخر من الليل للاسف كل يوم ننام ونصحى على هذا الازعاج لدرجة أننا قررنا نحن جميع السكان الطابق الذي فوقه الانتقال إلى بناية اخرى الافضل من مالك الجيم إجراء عزل صوت للسقف عنده حتى لا يزعج الجيران الساكنين بالطابق الذي فوقه مباشرة صوت رمي الاثقال على الارض وصوت البوكس مزعج جدا نرجو ان تراعو راحة الناس الذين يشاركوكم نفس البناء وتغيير موعد فتح وإغلاق الجيم لا تفتحو مبكرا جدا ولا تغلق بوقت متأخر جدا .

Fantastic experience: Eventhough am not a regular gym person, this place give me a good vibe and motivtaion to be fit. Well equipped with supportive instructors and amazing ambience this place is best for all those who are into fitness. Also there is zumba classes for ladies.Highly recommended.

The care and attention provided to the ladies in the facility is truly extraordinary. The floor supervisor is exceptional, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and safe during their workouts. I've had the pleasure of participating in group classes led by Ms. Sheron, and she is an outstanding trainer, especially for the ladies. Her classes are not only challenging and effective but also incredibly entertaining. I've found her approach to fitness to be both motivating and enjoyable. It's clear that she is passionate about what she does, and her enthusiasm is contagious.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined this gym which was recommended to me by my brother who is a regular here.This is a well equipped gym which provides a good atmosphere for a good workout and there is ample space.The trainers and floor supervisors here are also really helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried out various gyms in the past but this one is my favorite! My coach Mr. Vignesh is very friendly and motivating. He has helped me reach my goals effortlessly! The ground staff is also always helpful and present. Navami, at the front desk is also very friendly. There is also a Zumba class for ladies specifically. The gym really caters to everyone’s needs.

One of the best trainer I ever met . Even he trains most of Indian celebrities. Supergym i thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. This gym truly lives up to its name and offers a wide range of facilities and services that cater to all fitness levels and goals. First and foremost, the gym is spacious and well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment for workouts. The equipment is top-notch, with a variety of cardio machines, weightlifting equipment, and functional training areas. Whether you're into strength training, cardio workouts, or group classes, Supergym has you covered. One of the standout features of Supergym is their highly qualified and friendly staff. The trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to assist and guide you in achieving your fitness goals. They offer personalized training programs and are great at motivating and pushing you to reach your potential.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Super Gym along with my wife. This was the GYM we chose after scouting more than 5 different GYM's. The reason we felt this GYM was favorable was because of its environment, lighting and equipments. I believe GYM is a place where one should be able to workout comfortably. And Super Gym has been able to provide that for us. It has a good number of equipments well spread according to the muscle areas you want to work on. It is spacious, the trainers are very nice, and although I did not opt for it, they do have nutritional experts to help you with your diet as well. The Gym is equipped with a Sauna and shower rooms as well, and parking isn't a problem in the area. Its a fabulous Gym for both - Men and Women. They also have a separate workout area for Women for those who prefer it. In addition, they also have few group classes based on availability. Overall, I would highly recommend this Gym for everyone - beginners and experts alike.

Positive experience: The gym is superb especially my personal trainer Mr. Vimish who is my pillar of support for my workouts and motivation. It’s been two months of work out in the gym and I have been able to get back in shape just because of him. The gym is equipped with all sorts of equipments and it’s a good place for physique enthusiasts.

Its super clean and all trainers/staff are polite and kind. If you live around the area, Super Gym is where you need to be !!!

A bit high on the pricing side but its worth it. Lots of machines for each body part and best part is crowd management. I would highly suggest this place.

Fantastic experience: One of the best and biggest gyms in the Muhaisnah area. What I always love about this gym is that you never have to wait for any equipment to be able to use in the gym, so it is very well equipped. If that is not enough, the gym also has a well equipped studio which I frequently use for CrossFit. All trainers/staff are very friendly, you just have to get to know them that's all. Good discounts all year around and especially during the holidays. Easy access for people commuting to Sharjah from Dubai or vice versa. P.S: Has it's own restaurant serving fresh & health cooked food! :)
