Positive experience: Its a good gym for ladies as I have only been in ladies area. They have really good ladies instructor. They keep up engaged so well and make us do variety of exercises and I am very satisfied. Now I need to say if they could have little more space so that it could be more spacious and also need more air circulation.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, clean and has all the required equipment. The gym spans about 12,000 sqft. Trainers are always there to help you out with fitness programs and fitness plans during your visit at Shabab al Muhaisnah fitness. They have all kinds of equipment from Cardio to Weight lifting equipment. They even offer group classes for fitness programs. They even have a separate GYM for ladies. All the trainers are amazing and are willing to help you no matter what level of fitness you’re at. They give out tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Amazing trainers and clean gym. Would highly recommend!

Positive experience: This gym is pretty nice for all types of body builders. You can do legs, arms, muscles, lower body, upper body. There are loads of weights according to your needs. Tradmils are perfect for counting calories and steps too. Note: these are my point of view observations.
