Negative experience: Very bad mannerism by the staff and asking more money, giving wrong ideas on training and asking us to take unwanted PT I would never recommend anybody

Negative experience: Very bad approaches towards customers, giving ideas about anabolics, involving in personnel matters and making very bad remarks on the persons charecter, asking extra money.

Positive experience: I'm an annual membership holder of the gym .trainers are awesome and the ambience is too good and I always get a good outcome from my workout . Only thing disappointing is the parking availability. I have been told at the starting of my membership that parking would be provided . It's almost gonna be an year . I developed a good massive change in my body but the parking setup hasn't developed yet

And specially the guy named as raushad his training method and explaining one or any about tht guy is awesome not only him and other trainer's too very good persons. Trainers are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and always pushes their clients to beyond their limits. More over it is very calm and mind blowing atmosphere.. And new machines.. Neat and clean..24 hrs... Highly recommended
