Fantastic experience: I came across this Gym 2 months ago and the first impression of the gym was absolutely amazing (equipment’s , cleaning & coaches). I took a decision to join and the journey started … my coach Vivek Shirke is the best not only as a coach but also a genuine person to have him as your friend. The owner Capt Feras is always there to ensure that the gym is managed well and everyone is attended by the coaches. Over all I am enjoying this place not just because I have to work out but the whole positive feel keeps me motivated to go there .. highly recommend and don’t forget to look for Vivek Shirke to get your shape !!!

Negative experience: Pros Open 24 hours Couple of good trainers Cons *They don’t allow membership freezing even due to medical conditions *Limited / no space for aerobic exercise *You can smell cigarette smoke near the reception area which is not healthy for a place like gym *No free parking spot nearby
