He stands out from the other coaches by being supportive & honest and focused on his client ,friendly and empathetic. I have trained with him today and I realised that all of the exercises I’ve done before alone had no result because I was doing them wrong Stefan will not allow you to continue your exercise unless it’s done right and the muscles in the targeted areas are worked out to the max He has positive energy ,hard working guy and very modest stands out as a role models for many PT. I was greeted upon arrival with a positive attitude and big smiles from none other than the wonderful Sally. Great work from her. They truly do have amazing facilities. Pool, gym, outdoor gym, and great equipment. I would propose more flexible payment plans as I believe other gyms have the upper hand there and being experienced in that field, however they seem to be doing very well.

Fantastic experience: For someone who doesn’t love the gym. It’s got a family vibe, I take my kids to sessions and as a family we all love coming. Sally and Leonie are amazing front desk, they’re always super helpful if I have questions or concerns, but Sally is always super smiley and welcoming.

Positive experience: This is the most well equipped gym in Dubai, clean and organized. My only concern is that it has become extremely busy. No parking nearby the entrance available and showers and gym floor packed. This used to be a secret and peaceful gym. I guess Dubai grew fast and people discovered this gym.

You can tell she loves what she does. I have already noticed changes olin my body n strength. She sees the areas i am weak in and helps to improve then. Mashallah Zoorana has incredible creativity n is quick on her feet. When my husband and I were working out with her within the sane hour she would jump n adjust between him n myself in seconds, giving each what they needed and at their level. Incredible!She is creative, kind, patient, encouraging and an absolute professional in physical fitness and health. Shes also just great to be around. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make physical changes in their body in a slow, functional long lasting way. When i did a family membership, Sally took me through the whole process and was extremely helpful to me n my family when we started. She is kind, helpful, efficient and always has a lovely smile on her face. Sally also helped me navigate membership renewal. She is very friendly and is so kind n helpful to me n my family.Wellfit is lucky to have her. The gym overall is good. The gym exercise part is great, large, natural light, bright and airy.However the new changes in the walkway, entrance, and restaurant made it cold, clinical n uninviting. There is nowhere to sit n wait for your coach or your ride( you should have à sitting waiting area). Yes, before it may have been a bit shabby, but there was a waiting area with couches by main entrance so you could sit n wait for your kids, partner, coach, friend whatever. I really love the classes i have taken with Abigail ( she’s incredible), Mathhew, and Mammath ( yoga). They are all excellent instructors.. Exercise rooms are great especially the main studio. The food and staff of the new restaurant are wonderful.l: kind, polite and helpful. The food is also really great. However the new decor does not match the delicious food n kind n professional staff. The changes i find have made the restaurant feel cold, ugly n uninviting. Chairs n tables very cafeteriaish, uncomfortable.Worse than a clinic. At least before there was some color, couches, more natural n inviting. Now withe huge ugly digital screen playing on a loop ( seriously is that necessary? I would rather have more light n see others than that monstrosity.)its just disturbing n the grey black n red. Seriously it was made far worse than before. It has become clinical, cold, dystopian, but the gym is not that at all. A gym is not just a place to exercise its a place to hang out, meet friends, work etc. It has been made to be this cold clinical uninviting place it seems almost by design, like you want us to work out n get the hell out of there, cause its just so unappealing almost disturbing. You know my favorite gym is Studio Republic. Its warm, beautiful, inviting, creative, community oriented you feel like home n you don’t want to leave. If i lived closer i would go there. I love wellfit, but changes made in some areas was made much worse. All my friends who go to wellfit feel same way. The gym n staff are great. Juust please make it a warmer more inviting environment that makes you want to stay longer everyday after the workout. Less ugly screens too. Thank you

I have been a member of this place since 2020 and there is no other place that comes close. The Front of House people, who are always ready to assist with any concerns, make it even more welcoming, most especially to Sally. I'll give her 15/10.

Fantastic experience: This is my second most favorite gym in the city. Spread over two floors it has equipment to satisfy anyone+ pools and outdoor section. What I like: 1. Great facility size, equipment selection 2. Clean changing rooms, excellent showers 3. Towels, shampoo, soap are all available. Take note, other gyms. 4. There is a sauna- excellent! What I don’t like: 1. There is sauna but no cold water plunge pool- would’ve been awesome. 2. No organization of parking. People park like morons. The higher the car price tag- the funkier the way of parking. You don’t have to be humble- just respect order and parking spaces- and walk an extra 45 seconds if needed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place!! Friendly, chatty approachable staff (Sally and Abdhalla) that do their upmost in making your visit a success. Classes are rammed with a variety of ages, which is always nice to see. Instructors are on point (Khaled @ his Lift morning class) giving advice on techniques or even different alternatives if you’re unable to do a certain excerise.You’re never left out and they will always push you to the max!

Positive experience: I’ve been working out at Wellfit since November and I thought it was the best gym in Dubai, with the clean materials, quality of the people, best classes… until suddenly this last 2 months it became a market! Before even enter Jing the gym it is impossible to find where to park. The gym is fully packed that you have to wait long for a machine. People are working out with crocs and you find there foot steps on the gym material… classes now are mostly full and you have to race the others to book your spot before the others, otherwise it’s fully booked. I’m definitely not renewing with this gym again and I DONT recommend it! It’s a Souk

Fantastic experience: The best choice I’ve made is training at WellFit. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you, no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks on how to get the most out of the group classes. Awesome music, and I love that they provide parking, towels for workouts, water, showers, a sauna, and a pool, which I haven't tried yet. Most importantly, the same trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right direction. And I am seeing results for sure, I definitely look fitter, healthier, and sexier. Her classes are on another level; she challenges you, and her workouts are tough at times, but you leave her class feeling amazing and motivated that you pushed yourself. •Trainer name: (Cate) •Class name: (Bootcamp) Amazing individual. I like her bootcamp, especially the core and glutes; every time I do her class, I wake up with a tighter core and bigger Trainee name: Nikola •Class name(Bootcamp,Pilates,BodyBalance) I like his smile, and I like the fact that he is always happy. I also like his style when conducting the class, and he shares his knowledge with you, whether while you are flexing or doing the functional training. I definitely love his hyped bootcamp. •Trainer name: (Rana) •Class name: (Fortify) She is an amazing person. When I asked her to help me do the pull-ups, she immediately started advising and telling me what to do, and her class is fun. •Trainer name: (Mamatha, Petra, and Sola) •Class name: (Ashtanga yoga, pilates, deep stretching, and TRX) I don’t attend these classes nowadays as much as before, but I love each of their classes, and each of these amazing women has their own special way of conditioning your body. And you end up leaving their classes, sometimes relaxed and other times sore which feels amazing. • Trainer name: Matt •Class name: Bootcamp, RPM, Perform, Grit Strength, Blackout (occasionally), and Animal Flow He's special; he motivates and pushes you to work harder; his enthusiasm and positive attitude make the experience worth it; in other words, you are smiling while you are suffering. A couple of times he advised me on how to do the lunges properly and some others, so basically he shares his expertise for you to improve. Overall, WELLFIT is Chapeau Bas! Well at least for now

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for about 10 months and I couldn't be happier to have chosen this club to workout. The facilities are outstanding, it's always sparkly clean, never too crowded, and the staff are just amazing. The reception team, cleaners and the waiters are the kindest and most helpful people. I mainly attend group classes, they have a wide variety of classes with coaches who are really knowledgeable, supportive and fun. I have gone a long way in my fitness journey since I joined, so I can definitely say, if you commit yourself, you'll be in safe hands here. This place has been my second home where I feel happy and recharged, so I couldn't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: My friend asked me to come to join this gym and I love it! The environment in this gym is very pleasant. Everything is cleaned and organized and the stuff is friendly and helpful. I live in Dubai since 7 years, I am a trainer myself (in Wellfit just a member) so I have gone to many gyms before. But Wellfit just motivates me, there is the swimming pool outside for a light swim after my session, the sauna and very comfortable showers. Only one thing if there could be a few more machines downstairs for legs (pendulum squat, a different kickback machine, a different hip thrust machine,…) would be great. Upper body upstairs there are enough machines and also the cardio machines are great.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and there is no shortage of equipment even when the gym is full. The machines are up to date and the white color scheme, as well as the size of the gym makes it really fun and easy to workout. This is not your typical gym. Once I became a member here it’s really hard to find a gym that’s of the same level. Definitely one of the best in the country.

The Meydan branch in particular has some of the best selection of equipment you’ll find in Dubai.
