The equipment is top quality, there’s always enough space to train, and the place is kept spotless. What really makes it stand out, though, is the friendly atmosphere — everyone from the trainers to the members is genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Lucy at the reception, who always greets everyone with such warmth and positivity. Her friendly energy instantly makes you feel at home and sets the tone for a great workout. She’s always helpful, attentive, and brings a personal touch that’s rare to find. Fantastic experience: Excellent group classes!! Instructor Abigail is a ball of energy and passion! Receptionists are all friendly especially Lucy and Leonie! Studio and gym are well equipped and more importantly, CLEAN! Highly recommend!

I also appreciated the little touches — fresh towels, good music, and plenty of space to move around. Overall, a top-class gym experience that left me feeling energized and inspired. Negative experience: Terrible experience. Despite not being crowded, the equipment is limited and old. Also not always clean. Limited showers and facilities at this price point. Staff is generally rude and not very welcoming. Cancelled my membership. Not worth it.

Negative experience: I’ve been loving going to this gym for a while and have generally appreciated the facilities. However, I was recently very disappointed to see belly dancers brought into the gym. As someone from the Emirati culture, I found this highly inappropriate and uncomfortable especially in a fitness environment meant to support focus, discipline, and respect. While I understand that different people have different views, I believe it’s important to respect the cultural values of the country we are in. I hope the gym management takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders such events in the future.

Negative experience: I saw the video of the dancers that you brought to the gym, that is not suitable for the place or the reputation of the GYM

There much more classes to try and I wanna try them all. The coaching team here is truly something special, and I can’t wait to explore more of what they offer.
