The equipment is excellent—well-maintained and diverse enough to suit any workout routine. If you're looking for a gym where you can focus on your goals without the distractions of a packed environment, this is the place to be. With great equipment and a supportive atmosphere, it’s hard to imagine a better fitness experience.

Fantastic experience: My first time in Easy Life Fitness, a very great experience. Machines for workout are very nice, everything is neat and clean. I loved it. The Coach named "Ravi" is the best. He knows what you really need when you are training. His exercises are really good. Thank you to him for his hospitality as well. I don't want to forget Mohammed for the amazing boxing session. Good gym, good coaches. I can't hesitate to come back

I'm taking training for the first time and have a goal of gaining 10 kg weight. in Three months He has helped me gain 5kgs and made me a regular in gym. Keep it up!!

They have very friendly and supportive staff - Coach Ravi, Coach Mohammed, Roxy and Raju. They will give you a good workout plan if you are a beginner and they also have boxing and crossfit classes. If you live in Al Quoz you have to train here
