All the staff are friendly and smiling and help you with everything. Also they have a Games if you want to play some games like basketball, table tennis , chess . You can train and have fun inside the gym . high recommended

Fantastic experience: Great gym to train at. The facilities are great, they have all the equipment you need for a good workout as well as lockers and showers. They have very friendly and supportive staff - Coach Ravi, Coach Mohammed, Roxy and Raju. They will give you a good workout plan if you are a beginner and they also have boxing and crossfit classes. If you live in Al Quoz you have to train here

And there is a very nice mini bar have some healthy snacks and drinks after your workout Also the atmosphere is very nice and it motivates you to do more workout.
