Fantastic experience: Been training here for almost 2.5 weeks now. Getting proper guidance every session. Trainers are very helpful and supportive. Gym is spacious and fully equipped. Already lost almost 2.5 kg — quite impressive!

Fantastic experience: After a long break I rejoined Barbell Gym, during which time my weight increased to 82 kg, I explained everything to Mr. Sunil and after a short discussion I realized that he was the perfect trainer. Because he gives me a detailed explanation of all my questions and shows me all the moves and programs for me. He is very professional, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. Also this type of exercising is all new to me.
