Fantastic experience: One month ago I started exercising with Jaisudheen as my trainer. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know jaisudheen I knew that he was the perfect trainer for me. He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. Fantastic experience: After a long break I rejoined Barbell Gym, during which time my weight increased to 82 kg, I explained everything to Mr. Sunil and after a short discussion I realized that he was the perfect trainer. Because he gives me a detailed explanation of all my questions and shows me all the moves and programs for me. He is very professional, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. Also this type of exercising is all new to me. I have lost 12 kg since starting from his program and diet, the fun thing now I had change my cloths buying smaller sizes of clothing now. I am telling all my friends about Mr Sunil and Barbell Gym.
