Positive experience: Overall It is a decent budget gym. It has got all the equipment required for a full body workout including dumbbells, barbells, benches, weight machines and cardio machines. It's usually not very busy and there are no wait times for the equipment. The atmosphere is quite nice as well, without obnoxious posters of ripped men all over the walls. However, the place is a bit out of maintenance. Some corners of the walls have plaster falling off and the air conditioning leaks droplets of water at times. The place could also use some cleaning.

Fantastic experience: its very amazing and fantastic experience and they have a very energetic trainers especially Shijo and all of them are very friendly from the Reception to the trainers.... I like the way they handle customers :)
