Positive experience: Everything is good , the only thing is the water pressure at the shower is poor

Fantastic experience: Nice place with tons of machines and big variety of activities. Cardio zone is not overloaded, machine zone is a bit crowded but you can always find some. There are three full weightliftings racks that I enjoy the most. No member card or lists, all done wireless with facial recognition. Always clean, tidy and on style.

Positive experience: I've been training at Train SF for a while now, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The facilities are well-equipped, the trainers are knowledgeable and helpful, and the atmosphere is motivating. However, there are a couple of issues that I think need addressing.Firstly, the bathrooms often have a unpleasant odor, which can be off-putting. It would be great if the management could take steps to improve the cleanliness and scent in that area.Secondly, I've noticed a lack of attention to hygiene in general, particularly when it comes to equipment sanitization. It's important for gyms to prioritize hygiene, especially considering the shared nature of the equipment.Despite these concerns, I still enjoy my workouts at train sf and I hope the management takes these suggestions into consideration for future improvements.

Positive experience: My experience with Train gym has been quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the gym atmosphere, cleanliness, and spacious facilities are nothing short of chart-topping. But the gym is flooded with freelance trainers, sometimes outnumbering the gym members themselves. This isn't an issue if you're actively seeking a personal trainer, but if you prefer working out solo, their persistent offering of services can be distracting and disturbing.

One of the staff that stands out with his amazing manners and extremely welcoming attitude is ALI ... He is in the reception the Moroccan tall guy .... Mashallah , I really love the energy he has and precious one of a kind attitude that is extremely positive ... I honestly just finished my workout and couldn't wait to write this review. Fantastic experience: Exceptional gym on all levels. The space is huge and plenty of machines so you wont have to wait. The staff are so helpful and lovely and cheerful. And the showers are always clean. Overall i had a great experience and I definitely will stick with this gym.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Abu Dhabi indeed! I love that it is very spacious and there is a wide variety of equipment so I don't have to wait in line even in their peak hours. And what I love most about the gym is their excellent customer service! Their receptionist and gym attendants are so professional and friendly that they're willing to go beyond their duties just so as to accommodate my concern and needs. Their standards of cleanliness are superb as well!!!!! I can't recommend this enough!!

The equipments are cleaned regularly and there are many tissues and sanitizers available inside.The overall vibe is great and I had nothing but good experiences. Positive experience: Good gym. Very big with all the equipment you need. Has a good boxing area as well. Does get crowded in the evenings from Monday-Thursday but the gym is big with alot of equipment so you can just move around to other areas instead of waiting to use a machine or dumbbell that is being used.

Positive experience: This is probably one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. The atmosphere is really nice and positive which helps with being more motivated to train. In terms of equipment, there is a large variety of equipment and machines that are very useful and clean to use. Equipment and machines that are available for different trainings, not just bodybuilding or weightlifting. Whether you are new to training or just changing to a new gym, it’s suggested to take the first few days to adapt and learn on how to use the machines. Asking the staff there can also be helpful as they are available to help and assist with questions. In terms of staff, specially the receptionists, very kind and respectful. Will help answer all your questions. It can get quite busy at times, but there is always enough machines/equipment, space, and time to train. Also, it can get a little cold at times! Really recommend the gym! Will go there whenever I’m in AD!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional gym on every level. The area is huge with plenty of space to exercise comfortably, the machines are the some of the best you can use anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Last but not least, the gym has a "Low calories" restaurant branch if you are looking for a pre or post workout meal. I highly recommend this gym.

Positive experience: What’s the point with lowering the mask while training vs taking it off. No point at all, I take it off while training and staff approach me all the time to keep on but lowering it to the chin LOL. Only reason I’m giving it 3 stars. Even the law here in Abu Dhabi states that you don’t have to wear a mask when you exercise yet this place enforcing it in a none sense way.

Beautiful cafe and lounge facility as well. One downside I could see was the lack of a body composition machine which I've seen in other competitor gyms. Membership prices are on the higher side as expected Overall a perfect place if you just want to lift and you can afford it

Would love if they did couple memberships as I know it is quite expensive. Otherwise, I love this place! All the staff are friendly and they do an amazing job keeping the place clean. The management is good in practicing the COVID19 safety precautions and handling people who are not following the rules. The equipments are one of the best and there’s a lot of machines that you can use, so you don’t have to wait for a long time for other people to finish using them. Fantastic experience: One of the most amazing and biggest gym here in town... Mostly all of the equipment/machines are in this gym.. They provide towels, drinking water fountain and retail shop and cafe as well.. and Staff are very accommodating and very helpful as well.. :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym , has calisthenics area , a powerlifting area and the usual body building area. Small minor problem with the weights but that is as much as nit picking. Only thing missing is olympics weights with olympic bench press/ squatting area for customers who want to do such activities.
