Fantastic experience: I’m really glad I joined this gym as the staff are very friendly, They made me feel welcome and comfortable to workout here. It’s also very clean and spacious with a lot of modern equipment which is great. I’m still learning how to use some of the machines as I’m new to the gym, but if I do need any help the staff are happy to assist! definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I joined here a week back. I must say I wasn't sure in the beginning how good it would be, but I am presently surprised. So far I have trained with Coach Huma and Sarah and both have been amazing. Coach Huma pushes you beyond what you think you are capable of and you feel a sense of accomplishment after a class with her. I am looking forward to my time here and hoping to achieve all my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in Abu dhabhi with latest equipments and the trainers are just amazing .. highly recommend saher and huma .. the hygiene and cleanliness of this gym are next level. Very close to WTC. They also have a men’s gym called Muscle Factory opposite to Abu Dhabi mall. Thanks saher and huma for all the guidance and motivation. All the staff is very helpful and kind. Prices for this high standard of Gym is unbelievable.
