Shams Gymnastics Club LLC develops, manages and delivers premier sports academies to schools and clubs throughout the community of Dubai. We offer the highest standard of events, tournaments, competitions and camps in addition to competitive and social adult leagues for men, women and corporations
SGC’s experienced, qualified and passionate coaches utilize our unique sports curriculums to develop positive social habits, individual skills and challenge students to evolve mentally and physically to reach their highest potential in sport and in life.
SGC, with the help of its partners and affiliates develop initiatives locally, regionally and globally to prevent the onset of serious illnesses within the region, improve the level of sports training in the UAE and bridge cultural gaps. These initiatives help us enhance Dubai’s sports culture.

Fantastic experience: My twin daughters have developed a passion for gymnastics since joining the beginner's program last year. Their skills and focus have significantly improved, now that they are in the developmental stage.
Positive experience: Coaches are good with good expertise but classes are a bit expensive, difficult for all students to receive the same attention especially when in a group class
