Positive experience: Addicted! Hope they add barbells to their strength training classes ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: - Clean / Spa vibe / definitely love the atmosphere - I tried all types of yoga the trainer is very advance with her technique and professional (I am someone that does yoga regularly and tried multiple trainers) - I loved the circuit training and the trainer Oxana is awesome too ! I hope the capacity increases for me to bring in more people and enjoy my practice with them, so far everyone that joined the classes with me really enjoyed it !

Fantastic experience: We went for HIIT full body with Jason! It was great!! Very intensive and productive, timing was perfectly managed and very friendly atmosphere was maintained. As well I would like to add few words about studio - it new, very good looking and comfy. ;)

Fantastic experience: Great place, great location, lots of parking, clean, private , welcoming staff and amazing trainers also a lot of variety of classes to choose from. Just a different concept for Dubai. If you are looking for privacy this is the place to go to. The whole studio is yours clean and sterilised after each class, private and well equipped bathrooms.

Fantastic experience: It is a 5 star gym! I have not seen a studio that cares more about quality and with such attention to detail, starting with how clean it is. The thing that blew me away is the fact that they have toiletries in the bathroom like in the 5 stars hotels... even body spray... The trainers are professional and highly invested in the clients. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with the best staff! If you enjoying training with kettlebells I would highly recommend the kettlebell mix classes with Daniela. AMAZING! Easy to locate with loads of parking nearby. Offer mixed and ladies only classes. You won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: Love this place, i've done a few classes there and its amazing, not your typical gym but privat studios for small group classes or Personal Training, considering the Covid situation now when many of us are still not confortable to go to a public gym. Clean place and nice design with great trainers and a lot of variety in the schedule ☝️
