Laith is so professional, he motivates me, he personalises my session based on my goal and body shape. For the first time I'm pushed to go to the gym. Thanks Laith :))

Fantastic experience: One among the calmer MetroFitt locations. Equipment and weights are apt, the dressing/refreshing facility is by far the best I’ve come across in any gym. Decent view of the sea while running on the treadmills.

Fantastic experience: The reason I picked Metro Fit is only because of its location since it was close to the house. They also offered two sessions of PT for new joiners. This is how I met Sam, who's been my personal trainer and a nutritional coach for months now. He totally changed my perception about the gym routine, made it fun and always advised on the different techniques on how to achieve better results. He taught me how to use the equipment in the gym and how to achieve the desired results with the lighter weights since I only wanted to tone and not to bulk up. With the proper meal plan and regular exercise, I started seeing results in 5-6 weeks time. Sam is amazing and would totally recommend him in a heart beat.

Fantastic experience: The gym location is great and has all the required equipment. For me the true experience lies with my Personal Trainer, Coach Sam. I’ve been training with him for the past three months, and have achieved incredible results. After helping me set my personal goals and objectives, Coach Sam has ensured that I remain on track both in and out of the gym. His extensive knowledge and experience in both training and nutrition are extremely valuable. He is high caliber and a genuine person who truly cares about his clients wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to dedicate this review to Coach Sam. He is one of the best trainers I’ve met so far. He knows exactly what he is doing as he has great knowledge about workouts, lifestyle, etc. With that he is also a very kind and respectful person and from what I see he helps people reach their goals and pushes them to their limit. He is a great character. He helps me with workouts when I need to and gives me hacks every now and then.

Fantastic experience: MetroFitt gym is a great all round and friendly gym, in particular is my PT Sam, we have been doing Boxing, weightlifting and general fitness. He’s great at explaining things and I always leave in pain after every session!!! Even on days I’m not training with Sam he always has time to come over chat and correct my form where necessary. Sam has also been fantastic on the nutritional side of things. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have a membership for my Son Santiago who is 14 years old, a baseball player at Dubai Little League. I signed him up with Coach Sam for 3 months now and he is getting an amazing results. Coach Sam also follows up the nutrition program and supplementation. As parents we are very satisfied with the results that our son is having. Coach Sam is one of the best trainers and well recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had a membership at Metrofitt Beach park plaza I and loved the wonderful staff there. A coach that has genuinely impressed me was Coach Sam Andro. Anytime I saw Coach Sam in the gym, he was always busy helping everyone with his extroverted personality, perfecting their techniques and even helped me so much as well. My boyfriend has been training with him and I had the privilege of attending one of their meetings. Coach Sam was incredibly accurate and detailed with the nutrition program plan, providing even my boyfriend with recepies that even surprised me. His kindness and approachable personality has always made my day upon entering the gym.

Positive experience: Hi, i recently joined Metrofitt Beach Park plaza 10 days ago. The place is clean and well sanitized and the management is great. I had my 2 fitt pack with Coach Sam, a very experienced professional coach and i highly recommend him to everyone. I've been working out by my own for the past 3 years but when i tried his workouts he showed me and guide me everything i was missing. I'm paying with him in Metrofitt 20 sessions in June.

Positive experience: The gym is nice and the vibes are great. Used to go to SZR branch but i have changed it to BPP branch and i have met with Coach Sam. He is a great communicator and has very positive mind thinking. He trained me for few days and i can see the difference already. My membership will end by end of May and i am planing to renew with Sam from 1st of june with 3,500 package. He really helped me alot. He is an asset to the company.
