Machines are decent and free weights are available, everything you need for any type of workout. The personnel at the entrance was helpful and welcoming.

The owner of the place (worked with Egyptian Army) is a very dedicated person and doesn't see people as customers. The trainers here also have very high energy, are super professional and very enthusiastic. The owner trains the staff personally and only after gaining some confidence, allows them to work with the customers. The owner is also receptive to complaints and feedback. Public parking is available. In peak time as well, I'm sure it's easy to find parking in Lulu mall just opposite to the gym (never tried but should be feasible). Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The athmosphere is very friendly, trainers and staff give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts, everyone is very encouraging. If you’re looking for a quality gym that doesnt cost much this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Gym has all the equipment that you need to work out your entire body. Equipments are all clean and usable without squeaking or rust to hinder a workout. Only problem is that in peek hours like 7-10 pm which is the time I workout, the gym tends to be crowded. Overall a very good gym that is very affordable compared to other gyms.
