Negative experience: As per my experience in the last 15 years , thats not recommended gym, customer service is not expected, need to focus more on how to deal with the clients

And also no one is caring about customers after membership they are very rude behavior to clients! Completely no customer service!! I'm really sad to join in this after my membership never ever there! Worst experience ever!!!!! 0/100

Positive experience: Good gym but a bit of poor customer service, as an old customer who once used the place a few months ago, I thought the price for the monthly service was still Aed125. The price had gone up to Aed 150 and had brought only 125, I then kindly asked the team to allow me to pay the 125 and I would bring the balance the next day when I come for my regular training. To my surprise, the team was adamant that it is not possible and I should pay the full price or else I go back home, as a regular customer, I was a bit disappointed, I mean, where would I run/ hide with a Aed25 however, thanks to my friend who lend me the balance and I managed to pay. A bit disappointed to this kind of service. Once this subscription is over, I kiss them goodbye✌️✌️✌️

Machines are decent and free weights are available, everything you need for any type of workout. The personnel at the entrance was helpful and welcoming.
