Negative experience: Worst customer service and experience ever even though I already explained to them that I paid for a membership and I couldn’t attend not even once due to a work injury still they’re going to take the money with out changing or postponing my membership and they keep on wasting time to come back to me and answer my inquiry and even there customer representatives they have weak communication skills and manners plus bad English skills and I guess that’s really explain the whole situation and the level of non professionalism and the bad customer experience.

Negative experience: I would never recommend this gym for serv reasons first their pricing is very off, they charge 50 AED per session and 150 AED per month which is very weird, second the machines are from the 19th century some of them dont work properly or dont work at all, too many staff members that literally do nothing except watching you working out and the building has only three elevators, which makes you wait in a queue to get a lift of the eighth floor

But this gym asking you to pay same time money money money. So i went to almas gym and they are very good with customers. I play there and feel good. And i paid 3 months there.

Positive experience: Good gym but a bit of poor customer service, as an old customer who once used the place a few months ago, I thought the price for the monthly service was still Aed125. The price had gone up to Aed 150 and had brought only 125, I then kindly asked the team to allow me to pay the 125 and I would bring the balance the next day when I come for my regular training. To my surprise, the team was adamant that it is not possible and I should pay the full price or else I go back home, as a regular customer, I was a bit disappointed, I mean, where would I run/ hide with a Aed25 however, thanks to my friend who lend me the balance and I managed to pay. A bit disappointed to this kind of service. Once this subscription is over, I kiss them goodbye✌️✌️✌️
