Fantastic experience: I have been taking private muay thai classes with coach Tone for about 6 months now and I have seen a huge progress in my physical condition and boxing technique. Tone is an amazing teacher, who pushes you to your limits (with a smile), and corrects your positions till you finally master them. He challenges you in order to make you progress and it is a method that I really enjoy :) Moreover, the rest of the team is really wonderful, including the nice receptionist and the other coaches, JR and Tony. It is always a pleasure to come there and unwind. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: I liked how warm and friendly Tony is. He knows when to push you and when to give you a break. I'm definitely signing up for more training. I thought I was pretty fit, but one session showed me that I need so much training. If you're a beginner, they will let you rent their gloves, so if you don't want to commit to boxing and buy stuff, this helps a lot.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is crazy!! You can really enjoy the class with good music and good vibes! The coaches are amazing and the follow you step by step even if you are a beginner or if you are expert already!! Amazing experience in Dubai! One of the best gym I ever tried!

Negative experience: Never Visit!! Milad (the owner) is extremely hostile and unfriendly. I went there with my daughter and he treated her completely disrespectful because she is a woman. He has no respect for equality and I will advise everyone to stay away from those kind of people!!

Fantastic experience: Not for faint-hearted but highly recommended it. The conditionning part is hard core but is great as this is how we get results and become stronger. The coaches are chill and committed to make us work, I usually train with James and he is great, the rest of the staff are super good as well. They have different timings in the evening and can pay per package or per class, which is very convenient.

Fantastic experience: It’s an amazing gym with a friendly vibe it’s easy to talk to everyone and has well experienced and trained coaches but it’s a little too pricey hope they work on that. Overall it’s an awesome place to train for beginners

Negative experience: Booked a class through ClassPass to try it out and see if it’s a good fit - I got there early to get information about the class none was forthcoming - I had my own gloves but they wanted to force me to buy wraps which I would’ve agreed to had they been friendlier instead insisted how I can only have one class through ClassPass and would not give me any information about how the class happens - he just told me over and over “you will box” - ended up not attending the class very disappointed

Negative experience: No professionals at all. 45 min of functional circuit training with very poor instructions from the coach. No music and no desire to guide the class. The last 15 min it was boxing time but they told me that I had to buy the strips, so after all, I couldn't box.
