Fantastic experience: Very nice cycling class! I got very motivated by the trainer during the session and everyone in the room. The facility is really nice! There’re shower with toiletries, hairdryers and everything else that you might need. They also provide a pair of cycling shoes, towel and a bottle of water in the class, plus the staff will help you adjust your bike. I had a very nice experience here!

Both the owners have great business acumen and are always collaborating with awesome brands to bring the best to us, their clients. What makes Motion standout compared to the other spin studios here is that their heart is in the right place - they put their clients at the centre of everything they do. Fantastic experience: I loved everything about my first experience at motion. The studio is nice with a stunning view, all the staff were very welcoming and showed me around the place. The class was really nice and motivational. You burn a lot of calories while enjoying every second of it, and then get to leave the place with great energy! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience today at the spinning session, parking was easy, staff very friendly and helpful! The instructor was VERY HIGH ENERGY and what I loved most about the hour was the dark room (candle lit) All instructors are serious pros, my favorite session so far is Monica and Cyro, preper to sweat!

Fantastic experience: Just had our first motion cycling class experience, and it was fantastic! It was referred to me by a colleague and I was first skeptical about it Coz I had never tried it but when she showed the instagram handle of our coach, the music, the whole aura, I was inspired and I let two of my friends also join me. From the time we registered, we were guided through message. Ample amount of parking is there. The ambience was incredibly welcoming, and the staff were all smiles and supportive. We were lucky to have met our super energetic coach, Catelina. The pulsating music and her infectious energy truly made the session unforgettable. The best part I can't forget was the last 15 minutes of cool down and the encouraging and motivating meditative wordings of coach. It left us feeling grateful and rejuvenated. Thankyou Team Motion.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the candlelit dark room session with Catalina; it was my first time joining an indoor cycling class, and she ensured I was doing it correctly by guiding me in using my back and hips properly. She also kept the session interesting by adding different elements as phases, guiding the energy waves. I especially appreciated how she inspired us to connect with our inner selves and use this time as a practice for transformation rather than just a physical workout. The place looks elegant, and the guidance offered during and before the session showed so much care in terms of reminders, directions to the place, and how to use the equipment. The cafeteria looks vibrant and is a great place to connect and socialize with others after the practice. I am going back again. Sundar

Fantastic experience: I was welcomed with smiles and support the moment I walked through the door. My ‘trainer’ made sure I was comfortable with the process. Fantastic workout, beautifully choreographed and great fun. I’m already booked on my next session. Highly recommended (as long as you don’t take my seat!)

Studio and venue itself was clean and modern, all the amenities and more that you would need! Juice and coffee bar was great as well as clean cycling shoes for free to use with your class!

She even approached us after the class to encourage us which is very nice. The class was sooo fun at 9am! The staff was very helpful from the moment we went in till we left. Positive experience: The class was amazing, but the shower room is not private, shower doors are translucent, you can see through it, there's no locks and some ladies walk naked in the changing places. We are in a conservative muslim country and this is not acceptable!

Fantastic experience: People were really friendly here, from staff to instructors and fellow cyclists. Each bike came with a cold bottle of water and since it was my first time, staff was efficient in helping with bike set up. Shower had L’occitane toiletries. I even got a complimentary cappuccino after my class! FYI: they also have ladies only classes.

I'm used to metrics-based cycling classes but I got used to non-metrics soon enough and it was exciting to really focus on my own performance rather than measuring it.
