Negative experience: Gym nation is the worst gym and staff I ever knew,. the staff knows how to scam you at first and telling cancelation is easy just incase you want to stop membership in the future , but when it's time for you to stop because of personal reason as per the Manager who is rude I think his Asian guy a Nepali guy maybe , he said he is manager but he don't have badge the system will not allowed it???he will talk to you as if he force you to join , he has me a valid reason , come to think all member has the reason to stop personal or whatever or maybe , he can only stop the membership for a valid reason is only if you are pregnant as per him or medical condition , lack of financial capacity like increase rent / and room transfer is not valid reason, so they will keep charging you even if you don't go to the gym. The money thy earn is from scamming people and other's. Please don't fall into trap.

Negative experience: They have hidden charges and not let you know while registering . GymNation sales lady/man assisting you verbally so if you avoid struggle while canceling membership check each and everything and take it from them in written on their letterhead & be sure you can give them notice one month before cancellation otherwise they will charge you one month extra . Receptionists not able to help you in any matters so you need to process it by emails . GymNation will still charge you even you go for vacation

Negative experience: I'm writing to express my deep concern regarding my current gym membership status. I initially subscribed to a monthly membership based on the assurance that I could cancel anytime—even as close as a day before the renewal—to avoid charges for the subsequent month. Unfortunately, I have been charged for a service I haven't utilized, as I've relocated from Dubai and am now permanently returning to Pakistan. I find myself in a situation where I am being billed for a service I cannot access, which seems unjust. Now they are asking for documents and I am not able to cancel from reception they are saying to do mail only and I am not getting response. Really very disappointed from unsubscribing process. I wasn’t comunicated properly from them in the start while joining I opted for one month now they are claiming I took one year subscription and I have to pay for whole year.

Positive experience: Tbh for the price it's an excellent gym. It's clean, spacious, enough equipment for the crowd. Even during peak hours, I'm able to get the equipments I want for my workout. The reason for my 1 star rating is the cancellation. While joining the gym, I was told if I change the location, they'll cancel my membership if I'm able to submit contract/ejari showing I'm moving far away. I moved to gardens and I submitted my ejari on 29 October. The response was supposed to be in 72 hours and my fee deduction day is 4th of every month. No response in 72 hours and money again deducted on 4th. It's been over 15 days since I visited the gym as I moved away. Update: I'm going to update the 1 star to 4 star not because they returned my money or replied to my email, I still feel they waited extra 3 days to trick and take that money. But my gym experience was very good. The gym was always clean, the equipments were always working, no broken or old rusty equipments. No asking to vacate equipment to train paid members. Always a respectful environment. For the price it's amazing. Can't ask for a better gym. Biggest plus its 24 hours, so that midnight urge to become fit can be backed by a gym session. Still deducting that one star for tricking me.
