Fitness First BurJuman Centre

Positive experience: It's a good place to work out however the equipment they have are really old specially the weights and plates in the group exercise room. I've seen pictures of new branches that just opened and I can clearly see that there are certain machines that this branch does not have. They seriously need to upgrade their machines and equipment. Staff is okay but they do seem very unresponsive. They will however constantly bug and disturb you with calls and reminders to renew your membership even though you have confirmed several times. I know it's their way of business but it is very disruptive and unprofessional specially for someone who has been a member for 4 years now.

Positive experience: Great gym, not so great members.. No one ever stacks the weights back in place or wipes their sweat of the equipment. Staff are friendly and always happy to help.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym facilities. 50m four lane roof top pool. Live tv channel screens, separate studios for different classes.

Fantastic experience: I have been to couple of gyms around this locality since I have been living here for over 5 years fitness first is the best out of all . The main reason is because of the staff they are very welcoming and helpful and the most important reason is cause of the trainers they have . They are the best . When I joined I was really scared cause I had a major surgery and never expected to hit the gym or even imagined I could do any workout but trust me my perspective changed cause of the trainers especially Alvin Besigye who motivated me who made me realize that I can do better with his Rush , Tuff and Rpm. The best trainer anyone could ask for . I still have a long way to go but at least I know I am on the right track . Also kudos to Himani who is amazing too.

Fantastic experience: The most well managed fitness facility in Dubai I've been to, very respected staff and trainers. My best wishes for Mr. Sachin and Mr. Muhammad Latif you guys are really a gem for FF. 100% recommended for starters and 200% recommended for fitness freaks. Their freestyle and yoga studios are just mind blowing. Keep spreading good work

Positive experience: Hi management I have a complaint regarding all coaches from burjman I was attending Cycling class .during attending class, I felt blackout .when I felt dizziness, I came out from class and sat on banch . I'm was blackout dizziness for 10 to 15 mins. That time, almost all coaches were there, and there didn't pay attention. That is someone feeling not well even my head is down I was full of sweating. I'm a very active person all people have ideas .if I'm sitting like I'm do and die ,no one ask me for 1st ads. Is this your company roll that doesn't ask for help? .?im member last 7 years . very sham on your all gym coach, and next time, I will not renew my membership and not refer to anyone .

Fantastic experience: The gym is at really good location, as you can reach by metro (green line, Burjuman station). The gym is located inside de mall and has thousands of square meters and even a swimming pool to train. I am having Personal trainer: Harish, who is absolutely fantastic and I really recommend him. The only negative point of the gym are the lockers as are a bit outdated, same as shower areas, where not towels are available, making it slightly uncomfortable, and it would be great if it gets some refurbishment. Otherwise, a really good gym to keep yourself fit and get out this busy life.

Positive experience: Needs improvement in cleanliness. Fitness machines need an upgrade. The swimming pool can become crowded sometimes so they need better management on the timings and the number of people allowed. May be during the rush hours they may restrict per person to 45 minute session witha total headcount of not more than 6.

Fantastic experience: Hi. I newly joined this gym and I approached coach sachin only to take some tips but he went an extra mile and showed me each workout and stayed with me the whole time and motivated me. I am so happy with his service and recommend every newbie to reach him.

Positive experience: Gym is big, plenty of equipment's, especially cardio equipment's are many to chose. but gym don't have any discipline and its become too much now a days, problem is not the people its fitness trainers who is around but don't bother to tell the gym person to put the rack back. sometime i have to keep searching dumbbells, or plates and its everywhere, some equipment don't have hangers, bars are missing, rope for triceps are missing, and it goes on. Fitness First should make this a mandatory for people to put back weight or keep extra trainers around so they keep a watch on them. so newly joined people can ask them for assistances.

Positive experience: Lovely gym with a great atmosphere. The best part about the gym is a range of certified personal trainers available. Especially Dr Arti Daem who knows the fitness in and out and offered me lots of good advice about my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Fitness first BJC for a few years now and all I can say it's a great gym to be a member of. Let me tell you why. You have amazing front office support like Katrina and Doodz who were very warm to each client and is able to provide resolution, very patient even with frustrated clients which I saw first hand. You have a these stars in the front desk. The next thing that they have is their Superstars GXI's like Roehl Margallo, Dainne and Majoy Cenita. They push you to be better and at the same time you are enjoying every bit of those 45 mins or 1 hour of class. From start to finish you know that this class is worth your time. You will leave their class feeling like you've accomplished something good and all you can do is but smile. Joining FF burjuman is not joining just a gym but also joining their family.

They have great group classes and well experienced group instructors Majoy, Dai, Roehl, Mauricio who always push our limits and good schedule of classes thanks to GX managers. I feel so much better, more confident, clothes fit better & best of all I really enjoy it! Her approach is very relaxed & she makes it fun but the progress is real! If you are considering working with a PT, I think you would struggle to find a better one than Arti Daem, Cheers to her training style and Cheers to Fitness First Burjuman...

Positive experience: I enjoy d group classes Body Combat, Belly dancing, Bollywood, Dance workout, Zumba. Spacious area for weight training, workout n high ceiling for clean air. Quite a good swimming pool for cardio and hydro combat. Friendly and experienced trainers and stuff including d polite cleaners. BUT Js one old hanging punching bag to practice Boxing we have to wait in Q everyday ..I requested for more punching Bags but nothing has been done yet. However its my Happy Place.

Positive experience: It's been more than 13 years at FF Burjuman, quite loyal member I guess. It feels like home, no matter if I had access to multi branches, but Burjuman FF has a different vibe altogether. The group classes, coaches are extremely high on energy and motivating. The only drawback is post COVID they have stopped on towels completely which is disappointing as you ne d to carry an extra stuff in your bag:( Overall happy with my club
