Negative experience: Dear Team Customer retention and new customer acquisition come only through good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The customer care lady was arrogant and unprofessional in her communication. This was not just my personal experience; after sharing it with my co-gym colleagues, I learned that similar incidents have happened to others as well. Customers were treated as if they were receiving a charity service, and instead of resolving concerns, the approach invited unnecessary arguments with paying customers. This is not the way loyal customers should be treated. I understand that you may have many customers, but as a business owner myself, I strongly believe in respecting, retaining, and serving every customer properly—because one bad experience can influence many potential customers. I hope this feedback helps the management take corrective action and improve the overall customer service experience.

Negative experience: Compared to other gyms, the prices here are higher, and there is a lack of cooperation with customers. There is no Wi-Fi facility available. Even when I wanted to refill my water bottle, the reception staff refused, saying I would have to buy a new water bottle. At that time, I didn’t have my bag with me, so I couldn’t pay. They should at least show some humanity. I am really disappointed. All other gyms provide Wi-Fi, but here the password is not available. Even if someone is very thirsty, they are not allowed to drink water from the gallon that is in front of them—the staff refused to let me. I will never recommend joining this gym. There is zero cooperation and very poor facilities.

Negative experience: Please don't go with hopes of trainers,some of them are attitude king and not professional.this place is hell to the beginners just ease of acces makes them crowded,aready paid for three months and will leave there immediately expires pass,there are vey good trainers in other gyms in karama,

Fantastic experience: Eagle gym is one of the best fitness centers in Karama. The equipments are modern and well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Gym is kept very clean and there is plenty of space to workout.

Negative experience: i was doing gym in Eagle gym But i had to leave because gym trainer are unprofessional even you are new in the gym doing wrong sets they just ignore. there focus is only on personal training and girls .mirrors and washroom are dirty housekeeping guy is also busy to give training

Negative experience: The hygiene standards at this gym are quite poor — the space is not cleaned regularly, and there’s "very" often an unpleasant smell, sometimes like rotten onions. Many of the machines are poorly maintained It can also feel a bit uncomfortable at times, as certain Nationality groups tend to occupy equipment for extended periods without much consideration for others. Most of costomers from same country Indian style Music ongoing.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever. Trainers won’t help us out even if you are doing wrong things. And over crowded. Trainers are there only for telling us which is our next workout nothing else.
