Fantastic experience: Joining PowerFour Sports Academy has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I started my karate journey as a white belt under the guidance of Sensei Lee, whose passion and dedication have been the cornerstone of my progress. His belief in my potential inspired me to push my limits and embody the true spirit of a karateka. Sensei Lee, alongside Sensei Edgar and Sensei Ada, have cultivated an environment that not only teaches karate techniques but also instills discipline, respect, and perseverance. Their commitment to every student is unparalleled—they bring out the best in all of us, regardless of our starting point. Through the constant support and encouragement of our dojo, I achieved my black belt and took on the honor of becoming a Senpai, fulfilling my duties by teaching and guiding others in their karate journey. Representing the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) UAE branch is an immense privilege, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible mentorship of Sensei Lee and PowerFour. One of the highlights of my journey has been attending the ISKF Master Camp in the USA, an opportunity made possible through the unwavering support of Sensei Lee and the PowerFour dojo. It was a life-changing experience that deepened my understanding of karate and strengthened my bond with this incredible community. Positive experience: Sense Adda is a good teacher and she can explain well . I think she needs to work on her anger because she gets angry to often and and she should give a proper water break to children . We also need time to time cumuniation with us .

Mostly for the people like me and my colleagues who always works just sitting in front of the monitor everyday without any exercise or any physical activities to strengthen our muscles and burn our fats .. Now, because of Power four sports academy, aside from burning our fats, we're really having so much fun with kick boxing , because we're not really a pro or an athlete to be perfect with all the moves, but with the training that coach Edgar is giving us, I felt like I'm getting stronger knowing skills not just to burn fats but learning self defense incase I'm gonna need it. During session, you will be serious, and laugh whenever you didn't do the kick or the punch right, but with the help of coach Edgar, you'll be able to learn how to do it right. Unless, he won't stop if you didn't execute the exercise. Plus there's Regine, the cute receptionist who always support us and she likes to take pictures and videos of our moves, and share it to us right after the training and we just keep on watching if we did well Imagine!, I didn't even watch any Pacquiao fights, cause I'm not really interested in this sport, but the first time I tried, omg I feel like I'm also part of the national team too much!? Haha It is really really good that I've tried doing this., Helped me focus and think clearly which move I need to do next., A thing that I can also apply in my daily routine.. Thank you so much Power four!!!
