Fantastic experience: Fitness is very important to me, but often times, I don’t push myself out of my comfort zone to reach my body’s full potential. Enhance does just that! With qualified trainers lead by a good management, your physiques will be assessed, and based on where you are and what your objectives are, you’ll be matched with a trainer that suits you. However, remember your body doesn’t change over night, so it’s important to follow through with training for I’d say at least 3 months while maintaining a healthy balanced diet. I definitely recommend Anas, Ahmed, and Rawad!

Fantastic experience: Started with a fitness journey back in 2020 and was recommended reaching out to Enhance as I become a member of Gymnation. It has been one of best fitness decisions till date. There are trainers that push you to your limits but there are trainers with Enhance that educate you on so many things that you can apply when youre not training (Nutrition + Lifestyle etc) and I strongly recommend training with Satyam (Burdubai Branch).

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Enhance for over 4 months now, and I cannot recommend it enough. The trainers that I have worked with have all been very attentive to my needs, and they always make me feel mentally and physically refreshed after a workout! The trainers are warm, encouraging, and very engaging; the exact motivation I need! Another thing I love about Enhance is its diverse training styles that have helped me challenge myself and be open to trying something new. I never thought I'd take a boxing class, but I did and now it's part of my fitness routine!

Fantastic experience: I use the Enhance Fitness App and right from the start I had the best experience. Firstly, Hazel is a superstar, she's always so helpful with suggestions & solution finding! Then, she partnered me with a superstar Trainer (I'm inclined not to mention her name so her slots don't fill up too much - 'cause she's MINE.) But I will - Rousinaar. If you want to be encouraged, challenged and have a Partner along the way, 'Enhance' is it.
