Negative experience: The Staff at the reception kept me waiting for such a long time without even asking why i was there and how they could help. Extremely racist staff. They kept entertaining only the emirati walk ins. Very arrogant staff. When i commented that the sauna is a bit small, the gym lady was like, have you even been to any other gym as good as this one. Im like; yes ofcourse. Extremely over priced for the service and lack courtesy.

Fantastic experience: I visited the new branch in MBZ city, it's wonderful, organized, Spacious ,and excellent The gym impressed me when I visited to check it out before joining. They followed up with me multiple times, especially the trainer Hamad, showing their care and attention to visitors and members.. What caught my attention is the presence of a prayer room for women in the ladies' section. I highly recommend this gym

Negative experience: The GYM so wow and modern. But you need to separate the reception (ladies didn'tmeet the men) i meant more privacy. So the ladies will feel more comfortable with in out from the gym.EVEN ladies will feel more like home

Positive experience: good but price is high for a gym with no sauna/swimming pool. Also there are missing machines like the dips/triceps/core.

Positive experience: Fit for purpose and good for early workout The wet area need to have fresh air since it has bad smell sometimes

Positive experience: I have enjoyed many workouts here and will definitely enjoy more in the future. The gym looks great and is always clean. The machines in use are Technogym which are of high quality and very new. I just feel that the space is slightly small. I would certainly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: First day in the gym was a blast, the weights are so organized and the community is amazing and there are so many machines + the cardio machines have tv signals so you can watch football games and so on.

Positive experience: There is no pool or sauna and the price is really expensive for 4 months 1500 but the reciption girl and the guy they are really great

Negative experience: submit a complaint against a branch of your company in the Al-Falah area, where there is no credibility in dealing and lack of respect for the subscribers, as my son and I subscribed for 4200 dirhams 3 months ago, and the employee said that within 15 days the opening will take place, not until today. I am reviewing the place, but without hope, and this is an official email you I was subjected to bad treatment of lies, lack of credibility and lack of interest from the current manager and the people at the reception, and the response was easily after this waiting, that if you submitted any complaint, only your money would be returned, and is this the treatment of a citizen in subscriptions in a company like yours

Negative experience: كل شي في الجم بيرفكت بس يا ليت حد يرد على اتصالاتنا او انستقرام او اي مكان!! حشى ارتفع ضغططي ومحد قاعد يرد علي الموضوع مستفز وتيم الانستقرام يكتبون التواصل ع الخاص ونتواصل وينزلون بوستات ومسوين طاف!!

Positive experience: I am a member at the gym and happy with environment but i have some issues need to be considered first: time table keep changing without sending us at least emails. Second: before I joined they promised me to bring more equipments for the gym but until now nothing been done. i hope my suggestion will be solved especially there are new gyms start opening nearby.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym place in Abu Dhabi. I am a minimalist, And this gym Is just what I need. The equipment are all technogym and very new, the space is sanitized regularly and is new. There is a crossfit area and a weightlifting area. Their packages are very reasonable. Ask for Hamza. He is great!
