Fantastic experience: A great private women’s gym and pool that has everything! I’ve recently got back into fitness in the last few months and I’m so comfortable with Fitness First Al Seef. I believe this is down to the supportive instructors, welcoming personal trainers who will help you out even if they are not coaching you, and also the best aqua instructors who make it their classes fun but hard (shout out to Kim and Jacqueline). They have such a wide range of classes and really something for everyone. From swing yoga, to Aqua, to bodypump. (More aqua options would be amazing please) It’s a busy gym but they manage this well with the app to book classes, keeping clients accountable with reminders and waiting list options. I have personally found this really helpful to be able to book classes 48 hours in advance and organise myself. The staff are so kind and helpful, The only disappointing thing I have noticed is how rude some of the members are to the staff and trainers. It’s a very diverse gym which I love, so many different nationalities and languages being spoken, but I have noticed on numerous occasions members speaking in degrading ways to the staff. The staff handle this incredibly well and hats off to them!

Specially the pool classes, big thanks to Kim for amazing pool classes from hydrokombat, hydrorace to hydrodynamic. The gym's community vibe and welcoming staff make it a great choice for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. Love it

Fantastic experience: The coaches are amazing in all classes Kim Guinto is a great swimming coach and her aqua classes are remarkable she makes every one feel happy thank you kim Jaqline is a great coach as well She always gives very clear instructions for each exercise and how to do it correctly her classes always full of energy Coach Noorhan is very motivating with an amazing atmosphere in her classes , she has a quick clever sense of humour she drops some jokes from time to time during the class to remind us that the workout can be fun with such a hard workout exercises Raquel is a wonder woman trying to be humble enough to share her amazing fitness workout with human beings like us her choices in music take the class to different levels while exercising hard barbell unges and squats If you want to focus in specific workout and get the benefits of the whole exercises you should definitely attend coach Tatiana's classes Cristina Clarin is a very experienced flexible advanced coach And coach Elif always surprises me with her multi experience from strength training to flexibility and yoga These are the coaches I attended the classes with them so far Thank you ladies from the bottom of my core By the way the 5 stars definitely goes to the very helpful friendly staff , pt's and of course the amazing coaches and their classes I would put 4 stars for rhe place I mean place is good and comfy but its a bit old definitely needs renovation

In addition, they are easy to approach as well, very welcoming smiles. We are maybe tired of our daily activities, however here after the work out you will feel better. Fantastic experience: It opens at 6- which allows me to be fine with my workout before I head to work. My personal trainer- Stiffany is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. It has a pool too! Great classes, and huge space. I also like the fact that machines are organized into zones- cardio and weights.

Positive experience: FF seef seems to have lost its charm over the years. I was a member few years back and back then it was very well maintained and nice. Now, in 2022, the gym seems overcrowded, lacking on hygiene, with broken lockers, smelly shower area, broken toilet flushes etc. The lift to the gym is also not functional.

Fantastic experience: I love this Fitness Center. It is has all the services that you need. They have wonderful classes with qualified Coaches. There is a swimming pool which you can also attend hydro classes in. They always have special offers which makes it very affordable for the member to stay fit and active.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Luville for almost one year now. And I am exteremlly grateful and thankful that I have been with her specifically. She is the perfect match for me with my condition (fyi, I have Asthma, Arthritius, constant inflamation marker in my blood). In the beginning she assessed my body condition since I have always had shoulder and neck stiffness. Based on the assessment, she tailored a specific training program that combined strength, mobility, and neuromuscular training. She also taught me all about the lymph drainage stimulation (the big 6), which has massively supported my recovery, stiffness relief, and tamming my inflamation. When required, Luville would alter the program if I am experiencing any pain or not feeling well on a specific day which motiviates me to stay committed and motivated. She would actually start our training with "How is your knee or shoulders?". Another strong factor about her which I observed before even starting with her is she will ensure all exersices are being executed in the correct form and that I would establish the connection between my brain and targeted muscle. She would challenge and push me out of my comfort zone in a safe manner. Combined with the tailored training program, we have been doing once a week deep lymph sessions, the deep lymph REALLY helped with my knees and Asthma. I am addicted to the lymph's: "Lung Pump"; where I suffered my whole life with breathing issues, after lung pump I would be able to feel the air actually running through my lungs. On another note, Luville has a great and unique personality, I was able to connect and bond with her on a personal level easily. In my opinion, bonding strongly with your trainer is a great factor in remaining constant and committed to your fitness program. Although I was training for several years on my own, I thank god everyday, that I was able to find the right person to guide me and support me in my fitness journey. Fatima E. Al Shamsi

Positive experience: Really good gym and great, clean facilities. But don't understand why they stopped providing water and towels! Specially at the pool side. Like common, towels will be used per person at the pool!! And they also removed the cover for the bench at pool!! They literally can be santaized and sprayed after each use like the rest of the machines.

Positive experience: Fitness 1st Al seef is a good gym for the following reason: the group classes’s instructors Sonia, Bruna, Noorhan, Nadia, Tahani & Melanie. They are SUPER!! They are passionate about what they do and give options for beginners! They perform on the stage with clear instructions and they do focus on the group to guide and advise them. You will not be lost instead you will do your best enjoy and love them! However, my reasons for not returning back: booking the classes is not fair since it is not managed very well, the staff does not care about old customers as much as bringing many new ones even though the gym is very small! Booking with a personal trainer is not organized and most of the PTs are not that good! Sometimes, you will not find locker, machine or a class simply because there are many people more than the gym can accommodate!

Fantastic experience: Fitness First is a well recognised brand in the fitness industry for the middle east, and the Al Seef mall branch is no exception. As an avid lifter myself, I am a little disappointed at the limited weights section (dumbbells only go up to 18 kg, probably because its a female only gym) but the entire facility offers diverse options for all types of fitness interests from functional training to swim enthusiasts. And I think it's a fantastic price for what you get.

Fantastic experience: I was a guest. When I entered reception I thought the place was too humid. I was wrong. The staff were wellcoming and friendly. The Gym seemed larger than a football pitch and had amazing items to help members. I overhead a training session, one on one, the teacher was competent and freindly. Clean toilets!! All of them! All areas spotless. The pool looked too small. It was fine. It could perhaps get very busy. I questioned the staff member at the pool. I appreciated that it was ladies only. Her qualifications were impressive. As an ex Specialist nurse I was able to assess by questioning that the pool officer was qualified to rescue or assist an adult or child in any emergency. The pool depth is around chest height for the average female. I noticed that a child was instructed close to the Pool Safety Officer's chair. I know the fee is fair. I am saving to join. My life is one of service. To enjoy serving, or ones life, fitness helps! I am a bit excited about the centre and hope to be a member soon. One last thought. It is easy to speak fast and mumble. My conscious choice to take more care when I was misunderstood resulted in a pleasent afternoon for my sponsor and myself.

Positive experience: I was sent from Marina Mall to print my new card, yet, I was told that they don't have ink ribbons to print my card. The club is amazing, but the front desk staff son't know how to resolve a problem.
