Fantastic experience: I been member of the club since pandemic, thank you for maintaining the safety and hygiene of the club. Im happy that outdoor pool is open now and i can enjpy it this summer. April the manager who assisted me in my renewal give me a good offer that why i came back after long while,and she didnt stop to remind me that i need to go back in the gym, but sometimes she annoy me but i know its for my health. Positive experience: المكان عنده امكانيات هائلة ولكن من الواضح انه الادارة فشلت في استغلال هذه الامكانيات .. اذهب هناك فقط لاخذ دروس مع المدربة آن التي تمتلك طاقة ايجابية هائلة و ابتسامتها لا تفارق وجهها مهما كان الموقف .. great work dear Anne .

Fantastic experience: To coach Iman (swiming coach) I would like to say that you are an amazing coach. My son who is 3 years old didn’t like to learn to swim and I have tried several coaches. But with your way of training and your patience my son now loves to swim and he enjoys it a lot. I really would like to thank you for that. Fantastic experience: This centre has the state of the art facilities only for women and children. There are many different equipped sports halls and a large indoor swimming pool. The wide choice of classes is for choice. Also there is an outdoor swimming pool available. Also, this place serves as a cultural centre with several art classes for ladies and kids running into it. A Caffè and a few shops with clothes, gifts, and flowers are also available. The centre is very popular among local women and slightly overcrowded.

Fantastic experience: It's a luxury club where paradise isn't just a place, it's a feeling. The ambience of this place is just amazing, they provide state-of-the-art facilities and special amenities and features. They have high-quality equipment and machines to exercise, elements such as spotless facilities, incredible friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers and qualified instructors. They have different group classes that I really found interesting and helpful! in addition to the amazing events they do. last but not least, this place has some additional facilities such as (indoor & outdoor) swimming pools, spa and beautyspot salon. It’s highly recommended, everything is more than perfect!

Positive experience: Abu Dhabi Ladies Club, has been my go-to fitness club since 2017. What truly sets Abu Dhabi Ladies Club apart is the quality of its instructors, particularly Alena. She is an outstanding professional who is always pushing us to reach our fitness goals and achieve our best. Her Zumba classes are some of the best I've ever attended - fun, energetic, and a great workout. She leads so many different types of classes, she is always full of energy and enthusiasm, which makes her classes enjoyable and effective. If you're looking for a welcoming and supportive environment with top-notch instructors, this is the place for you. Thank you to all the staff and instructors for creating such a positive and effective fitness experience!

Fantastic experience: This is the best ladies gym in term of classes , equipment availability, cross fit section and price wise too. I’m call myself a gym rat and most of the time I workout alone and I have a program that I follow , but never knew that I was neglecting my chest. I had a trial session with Dina and she noticed that from the way I walk to the gym , she helped to correct my walking form and gave me a very nice workout that I can add to my program . I totally recommend for anyone how wants a PT or at least know the right form . And I’m also grateful to Janet hope I spelled correctly, she helped registering for the classes and was very understanding to do the payment on second day as I had an issue with doing the transaction online .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking swim lessons with Anne and she’s been great. Before my lessons I wasn’t confident being in deep water and I had no real technique. Now I swim more confidently and have started swimming for exercise. Anne has been so amazing. Our lessons are fun, engaging and have progressed at my personal pace.

Fantastic experience: Two months ago I decided to start training in the Gym, it’s so sorry to say that scrolling through the feedbacks made me hesitant to join because there were a lot of negative feedbacks. I went to the gym and met the fitness manager “Amani”. I spoke to her about those negative feedbacks and my medical concerns. She assured me that every trainer do her best & once I join I’ll see that by myself. Hands down, best choice I have made is training with Coach Amani. I have not exercised for a very long time I was kinda apprehensive. However, when I met and got to know Amani I know that she was the perfect coach for me. She is knowledgeable, professional yet patient, kind and understanding. After one short month, I’m pleased with the progress and amazing achievements. I feel assured with her continued training & encouragement I’ll continue getting great results and achieve my goals.

Positive experience: I am very pleased with the progress ADLC is showing. The addition of the water dispenser is a huge plus. Looking forward for more positive changes. Keep it up I would also like to thank the cleaning staff for keeping the gym, swimming area and the club in general always clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: For women to feel completely comfortable in their own skin, it has all facilities for women to get their day done, a big gym space with new equipment, good trainers and group classes, a closed and open wide swimming pools, beauty salon and spa, dr. Nutrition branch for ladies only with ladies staff, clothing boutiques and iconic coffe shop

Positive experience: The fitness area is designed specifically for ladies so that they can come to do the gym and meet other females. They have an auditorium too. And they are offering gaming camps for kids aswell

Fantastic experience: والله بدون مبالغه على قد ما لفيت الدنيا ادور ترينر صح ما حصلت مثل تمارا.. كنت معاها قبل كورونا ولازلت معاها ولا اريد غيرها بعد.. وفي شي اريد اقوله .. انا سويت عمليه من سنه ونص في قسم الباطنية وبعد العمليه صارلت لي مشكلة في كتوفي قعدت فتره طويله اتعالج عند معالجيين في مستشفيات بوظبي واخر حل كانوا يقولون لي بنسويلج عمليه في كتوفج عشان اقدر احركهم صح واقدر ارفع ايدي .. لكن ما وافقت على العمليه وخبرت تمارا.. وقالتلي تعالي خطوه بخطوه معايه عشان اقدر اخليج تقدرين ترفعين وتحركين ايدج صح … وفعلا خطوه بخطوه معاها عالجت لي كتوفي هههه والدكتور والله العظيم استغرب من هالشي ما شاء الله لان انا قبل رحت عند كمن مركز علاج طبيعي ولا صار لي تحسن.. بس للامانة عند تمارا انا الحين احرك ايدي بكل سهوله وارفعها تبارك الله .. ف اللي اقدر اقوله ان تمارا لها فضل علي عمري ما راح انساه وهي فوووووووق الممتازه والله❤️

Fantastic experience: I have joined this gym since 2018 and I have continued to renew my membership due to the amazing gym service they provide. I have been working with a PT to turn my life around and achieve my health goals. Thankfully I have been blessed with a very understanding and tough trainer that helped me through my weight loss journey. I will continue to renew my membership with this gym because I love their services, their wide range of gym equipment, and their friendly staff.

Positive experience: The only place in Abu Dhabi that has proper swimming facilities for ladies only with nice outdoor pool, indoor pool and good showers and changing rooms. The issue is with the way this place is managed. for example, After 2 years of covid pool closure and after the full winter time, they decided to close the outdoor pool in summer time for maintenance purposes! The only time that ladies would like to go to the pool and tan, they decided to close it. Also, there is no shaded parking and the parking spaces are so minimal in comparison to the club itself. Again, I would recommend this place for the facility and for the option of having a very decent and nice ladies only sports club only.

Fantastic experience: Best environment among many gyms I’ve been tried in Abu Dhabi,. Large parking and outdoor space. Giant salles for fitness. Early morning exercise available, with fluid movement, soothing music which is not loud like quite many fitness classes in town. Some other gyms set some dancing classes like night club but in the morning, which only brings wrong idea to people who are making efforts to improve their physical shape. We don’t need to feel aggressive or mad to do sport now and then. We need to focus, exercise, and breath, in a long way. Thus a comfortable, calm but dynamic environment is important. Love their instructor Kate, she is rare :-)

Fantastic experience: The facility is amazing: gym, pool, spa & game room, staff are friendly and welcoming. I had both swimming & personal training session and they where successful. The only comment i have is that the gym requires more machines and equipment.

Fantastic experience: 4+ years of attending this gym, and not a day have I left it dissappointed. Hands down, the best ladies only gym in abu dhabi. Has every equipments, and multiple classes with amazing trainers. It has more than just a gym; there is a restaurant, cafe, a wonderful spa, a beauty center, it even has indoor and outdoor pool. This isn't just a gym, it's a community that has let me in with open arms. The trainers are amazing and friendly, with the administration from the director to the receptionist and security to the cleaners they are my second family...

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the boxing training very much. It's been a while since I've last trained and Couch Tina was amazing. I will want to definitely continue training with her. Many thanks for offering this great level of training!

Fantastic experience: Abu dhabi ladies club is the best gym i have been to in my opinion. The staff there are all polite and are always available to help you.As well as that the equipment at the gym are clean and sanitized and if you need anything trainers are there to help you and they have the best trainers in my opinion and they all have a history of training.

Fantastic experience: ADLC is the best gym in my opinion. There's a lot of options to choose from, gym equipment, indoor/outdoor pool, different classes, a restaurant, a salon, etc.. Different options for different people and a welcoming environment

Positive experience: The Ladies Club has a wonderful swimming program for children. I would highly recommend the club's swimming coach Ms Imane. Coach Imane is one of the best swimming coaches in Abu Dhabi, she has trained my kids, so I can confirm that coach Imane is very professional and is absolutely wonderful at teaching children how to swim.

Positive experience: Nice place with beautiful outdoor pool. The only issue is that the gym equipment is not enough and hardly to find one during the rush hours (3-6) PM.

Positive experience: They have an amazing outside pool and a shaded baby pool. Completely private no cameras allowed, they even have these cute bags to put your phones in to ensure this rule is reinforced. You can get to order food and drinks next to the pool. There is a sunbathing area where you can tan. The staff are friendly polite and helpful. Loved their mango smoothie and their penne pasta with chicken.

Positive experience: I love the classes here. I find the layout a bit small for the class and the gym itself. However, it’s clean and they have a huge outdoor swimming pool. They have a wide range of classes like body pump, bootcamp, Pilates, yoga, and so on.

Positive experience: Nice gym but usually crowded and the staff is really annoying the keep calling me for offers !!! Even when I told them to stop call me for offers to renew they keep sending it through WhatsApp the are noisy !!!!! And they always keep telling me its the last day for the offer and then the call me a week later to tell me that they extended the offer and its the last day again !!!! Everyday is their last day of the offer

Fantastic experience: It’s perfect and they have many classes with many different workout. The Have bigger areas in the AD as gym for ladies also they have indoor and outdoor for swimming bool. We are still waiting to opening the beach because it’s still under Prepare.

Positive experience: Its one of the few clubs exclusive to ladies in the uae. Has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, now tennis too, i believe. Fitness classes. The membership is pretty expensive though.
