Fantastic experience: It’s my third session this week, I am really happy with the EMS experience Overall . Coach Macus is very friendly and focusing with me to exercise in the best way to get great results . He is very dedicated and never tired from giving the right guidance and direction. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best experience and workout you'll ever have. The trainer is very informative, helpful, and has a great presence about him. The place is clean, sanitary, and prefect for privacy. As far as the EMS itself, it feels funny at first but when you start the free range exercises it literally feel like you are lefting weights. The was the best part. I say go over and try it and you won't regret it

Fantastic experience: I had my first session and it was better than my expectation. Coach Marcus uses electric device to do the session. I like how it's short session with easy movements and I felt like I was running for long time. I recommended to try their trial session.

Fantastic experience: If you're anything like me, finding a motivation that you lost in a Gym because you do not have time, or a motivation to dedicate yourself for several hours working out, I found EMS is a perfect alternative. I'm not going to lie, I was very nervous walking into my first appointment, the thought of being hooked up to a machine that sends impulses to my body was scary, as I did not know what to expect, however fortunately, I was in the hand of the best of best EMS Certified trainer Marcus, and Marcus started with my health questions prior hooking me up with the wires, and making sure that I'm comfortable, and answered all my questions, and he explained in detailed how EMS works and what to expect/the result, it was a very genuine information in order to help customer understand EMS, and I felt extremely confidence, and accepted to start the session, and when the 20 minutes was over, I said to Marcus "is that it", I wanted to continue, and I could not wait until my next session. In 2 rounds/sessions, I've already started seeing some definitions in my stomach area, and could not believe how fast and effective is the result, with just 20 minutes workout per week, and diligently follow up the trainer's advice. Who does not want to work out with the amazing and certified and knowledgeable EMS Trainer as Marcus, knowing that you're in a good hand, and for only 20 minutes per week, and achieve highly effective results. I would recommend "My 30 Minutes" EMS and Marcus as a trainer to anyone, the best EMS service provider, location, and most of all cleanness.

Fantastic experience: Parking is easy as the hotel provides valet parking. The EMS trainer, Markus is extremely professional and is an expert in EMS training. He really guides you thru each stage in a systematic manner. The training lasts for 29 minutes and believe me you feel that your full body has trained for 2 hours. Love the sessions.
