Positive experience: It's a small gym which is why the 4 stars but to be fair it has the essential equipment one needs for a decent workout. Dubai tends to spoil you with its massive state of the art gyms with every type of equipment under the sun and if you are looking for that then this ain't it. But its a quaint little gym that has a luxurious 5 star feel to it and that standard is well maintained. The location is great. It does get pretty busy given its size but usually it never feels too full. One thing I love is here is that you don't have any pushy Personal trainers bugging you to sign up with them. I personally find that situation very awkward to be honest. I get to go free via my credit card privelege so check with your bank if they have any deal going with talise for free access. ========== Been back after a couple of years at this Gym and still just as good in fact the change rooms look refurbished.. Love it.. still just as good..

Fantastic experience: Immaculately well maintained and clean gym with a good variety of equipment. Medium in size but rarely overcrowded. Professional and helpful staff. Clean lockers with showers and hot-sauna. All COVID-19 regulations strictly adhered.

Fantastic experience: The SPA area is one for male and female; and there are specific timings for each if you are planning to use a steam room. So, make sure to check it before you go! It is one of my favorite SPA’s in Dubai! And ever since the reconstruction, it is even better.

Fantastic experience: Very nice, clean, and well equipped gym. All the amenities that you need are also in the restroom, they provide you slippers, towels, soaps, combs, shower caps etc. It's 5* gym. Also courses are avaiable. Staff are friendly and nice.

Chain which is serving Jumeirah Group hotels (Emirates Towers hotel as well as Burj elarab) The spa is located in the heart of the city of Dubai in the Emirates Towers. Side by side with Talise Fitness , one of the best fitness centers in Dubai with professional personal trainers and great atmosphere , very well equipped inside out.
