Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter has been loving DEGA for 9 months! The instructors give so much personalized attention to the kids and really work to the children’s ability. Even though my daughter is not old enough to compete she is being allowed to learn the basics of parallel bars, balance beam , trampoline and she is now proficient at forward and backward somersaults, cartwheels and can go from a handstand into a back-bend (the first step to a front handspring). Her friends are now all coming and loving the instructors as well!

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with this place. I believe the most irresponsible staff and absolutely not courteous. My daughter who has been practising gymnastics for the last 6 years and has attended multiple competitions was so unhappy with this place. She fell off the bars and they did not bother to inform or call us. When asked why the parents weren’t informed they just snapped off by saying she looked fine so we did not bother. She sustained fracture of the sternum bone while doing the bars and was in sever pain. She almost stopped gymnastics for a year and they did not seem to care. They are an absolute day light robbery . She just collected money for a competition and did not even bother to teach the routine . Absolute waste of time and money. And they are extremely biased staff . Not at all a friendly and a pleasant environment to be in.

Negative experience: 2 different person, 2 different informations, 2 days lost... They are not professional !! Run away !!

Negative experience: There’s only one coach and kids are only 6 And huge warehouse the problem that they don’t have normal AC the kids are sweating a lot only AC the one they put in garden outdoor AC working that’s it. Need to be more professional. not recommended

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing there is amazing teachers and they are really patient with you. The place they own is big and has so many cool stuff to learn . I have improved my gymnastics a lot since i went there that is why i give a five star review. (Good place to recommend)

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, clean and tidy, expert team, Met the owner and he created amazing place for the kids and adults with an amazing home-like feeling. All the equipment you need. Coming from a PE teacher and Personal Trainer if you want your kids to develop themselves and grow up as fit and capable adults, correct imbalances, posture and ensure maximum body and mind development, this is the place to be! Best gymnastics in Dubai!

Positive experience: The gym itself is well done but the road to get there is user unfriendly. I can't fault the gym as the staff both administrative and instructors are customer centric and that's a thing to be praised.

Fantastic experience: Im 7 and i go to gymnastics summer camp and lessons it is so fun i made a alot of friends and the coaches are nice so much fun avctivtes and i learend a front flip and a back flip on the bars on my first day i reccomend this place

Negative experience: The worst sales person we met today, was planning to register my daughter but not after her attitude will look for another place , very unwelcoming atmosphere and unhygienic place , not recommended

Fantastic experience: Great big place for kids gymnastics

Negative experience: No temperature check ups before entry , their excuse was “ insufficient staff” , coaches were tough with kids not helping and supporting the beginners , my daughter twisted her neck while trying to roll with the coach watching without instructing her the proper technique. While watching the training one of the coaches pulled a girl’s braid to make her lift her head up of course the poor girl’s mom wasn’t there to watch so will never know what happened !Definitely not recommended .

Fantastic experience: GOOD

Negative experience: Took my daughter on a trial and it was about the most disastrous experience possible. Rude, arrogant and careless administrator who spent endless time on the phone during sessions and then made extremely inappropriate and provocative comments about not being consulted about rules. She went as far as saying my daughter could “finish the trial because they’ve taken the payment but they didn’t want her”. Of course I didn’t let my daughter finish the trial much less send her back. I asked for her name so I could make a formal complaint to relevant authorities, she refused to share, a clear sign of someone who is aware that they are well out of line. This woman should not be in any business that involves customer facing and she should definitely not be involved with children as I worry about how she would treat kids who’s parents are not in attendance if something does not go her way. It is unfortunate that the management allow this sort of conduct, it mars whatever else is going on at the place. I strongly advice that this place is avoided and I’ll go as far speaking to anyone who is interested in finding out more about my experience.
