Positive experience: it's good, but maybe needs more staff to have it more organised.

Positive experience: I would recommend that they get proper squat bars since they only have weightlifting bars at the moment. It would also be amazing if they could add a powerlifting rack, which would make training much better. Overall, good gym.

Negative experience: Zero respect for muslim member!!!I was in the gym and it was prayer time so i ask the reception kindly to close the music and when i went to pray i was listening the music of the mix section so i ask her again if she can ask them to close the music then when i went to pray i was listening so i went to her for the third time and ask her so she told me no we cant this other gym I told her only for two minutes !!!like recpect muslim members what will happen if you close the music for two minutes ?? How rude is her behavior she was telling me its another gym ?How other gym its warehouse kindly respect our religion as if you dont want members to pray in the gym dont put the prayer mat as most of the gym members pray in the gym and most of them are locals !!! Above of that being racist !! And let us beg u to close the music for 2 min !!!!They want you to beg them every time you want to pray to close the music for 2 minutes!! This is the. Last time i be in a racist gym will not renew my membership

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent 3-Day Experience! I used a 3-day pass at this gym, and I was genuinely impressed with everything from start to finish. The atmosphere was energetic and motivating, and the entire space was spotless and well-organized. The machines were top quality — super smooth, well-maintained, and there was a great variety for both cardio and strength training. I never had to wait for any equipment, and everything I used felt premium. Even though it was just a short trial, the staff made me feel welcome and guided me whenever I had questions. Honestly, it felt like I was a full member. If you’re considering checking this place out, I highly recommend it. My 3-day experience was more than enough to see the quality they offer — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Negative experience: I don’t usually rate anyone or any place but I thinks this is final for me .. the gym used to be cleaned more often than now .. I used to see the cleaners more on the floor than being in the toilet area .. for the amount of money we are paying for the gym they don’t even provide a cooling water to refill our bottles and demand that we purchase a bottle of water worth 4 dirhams while it’s worth 1 dirham “ YOU are a gym not a Resturant”!! I don’t see the gym trainers as much as the freelance trainers .. I can say I see one or two .. one which is always busy with clients and the other one busy with her phone texting and eating and always sitting .. while with a client I have never seen her positioning her client for the right pose.. she’s always eating or drinking while training her clients it’s so funny other trainers I think they only come when they have clients .. I have never seen any of them speaking to the ladies in the gym advising how to use the machines or helping at least .. no sales is done if they are not around !! Two toilets is not enough for the number of ladies queuing .. lockers does not lock hanger stands are always full .. unfortunately some members does not re-rack the weights and it’s so hard to chase it in the gym .. dress code please emphasize on this point no short skirts with a thong no see throw tops or legging we don’t want to see what should be hidden we can’t bare to look and it’s do obvious to look .. your reception staff must be stronger to reply to members in anyway which they lack of that .. music is never on .. the prayer place is a major part of the gym why can’t you provide a small room to fit two at least and sound proof instead of the gym ground .. their is a lot of comparators gyms in Dubai be one of them ☝

Negative experience: Before joining, I was following several of your coaches on Instagram, including Mina and Eisel. Both had impressive online profiles and presented themselves as knowledgeable which made me interested in training with them. I initially had a trial session with Mina who was promoted by reception.Although I wasn’t convinced with training I decided to purchase a gym membership and take time to observe before committing to personal training. Over 3 months, what I saw on the gym floor was very disappointing. Mina during an actual client session was eating her meal in the middle of the floor, continuosly on the phone and barely engaging with her client. There was no coaching, no correction just complete ignorance I also considered training with Eisel as I my friend used to train with her.But again, what I saw in reality was far from what her Instagram image suggests. She spent most of her time on her phone, gave little to zero attention to her clients, didn’t correct their form. It was very dissapointing to observe this What’s more troubling is the lack of any quality control. No one seems to be monitoring how sessions are delivered or how clients are being treated? This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. the only positive side of this gym that it's really clean and well maintained and thats all about

Positive experience: Most of the employees are good and RED is the best one , but there is two employees in the recpcetion 12pm shift with a very bad attitude and kinda rude and so slow and never smiling , when i ask them to give me a towel or to pay something , they take more then one minute even if there is no one there , and i hope someone for the supervisors take care of this thing .

Negative experience: Disappointed with Ladies-Only Section – Lack of Respect & Privacy** I come to this gym specifically for the ladies-only section, hoping for a comfortable and focused workout environment. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Many women spend excessive time taking pictures in front of the mirrors rather than actually working out which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a hijabi woman, I am constantly anxious that I might accidentally end up in the background of their photos and have my privacy violated. Instead of being able to relax and focus on my fitness, I feel stressed and unwelcome. The gym should enforce better etiquette—either by limiting phone/mirror usage or creating a stricter policy on photography. If the purpose of a ladies-only section is to provide a safe and respectful space, then management needs to take these issues seriously. Right now, it feels like a social media photoshoot rather than a gym. I hope the staff addresses this problem, as it’s driving away members who actually come here to exercise. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym to other women, especially those who value privacy and a serious workout environment.

Negative experience: Ladies, If you are serious about wokring out and lifting weights dont go there! If you know how to train and train hard dont go there! Management really sucks, 4 machines are defective, ans despite the fact that we all complained nothing changed. One machine went backwards and hit the girl sitting on it, everyone saw and was terrified yet they didnt even fix the machine. Hair and dust on the floor daily, and no body cares if you train wrong they just want ur money. It's not worth it, find another place, The mix gym has all the previliges yet the ladies gets the left over equipments. And by the way, the rule in the gym is, there are no rules they just go listens to certain women coz they are afraid of them!! Anyway, shout out to Silvana who does nothing to help at this facility

Positive experience: This gym has been a great place to train—clean, well-maintained, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the effort that’s gone into bringing in high-quality equipment, especially the Prime machines already available. As someone who loves training here, I wanted to kindly suggest adding a few more pieces that could really complement the current setup: the Prime Preacher Curl, Prime Incline Press, and a Prime Dip Machine. Also, the hack squat machine currently in use is the linear type, and it doesn’t seem to get much use—maybe a different style of hack squat could be a great addition. Just some friendly thoughts from a happy member! Thanks to the team for creating such a solid environment to train in.

Fantastic experience: I initially joined this gym for three months and recently decided to renew for a full year. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the facility is always clean. It has most of the essential equipment for bodybuilding and fitness, though it doesn’t have every training machine you might find in a larger gym. Overall, a solid choice for a well-maintained and welcoming workout space!

Negative experience: Timing need to be accurate you can not possibly put 24 h and you are not a 24 h gym and let ppl drive all that way for no reason

Negative experience: The ladies section keeps on getting worse. - The area isn’t organized at all, theres no logic in the placement of machines or other equipments. You’ve to make a trip to set up for each exercise and god forbid someone is using it, because there’s only one or max 2 of basic things you need. The resistance band (light) for example, it’s always missing! Last time, it was in the mixed section. For a gym that has many branches and collecting this much of fees, you should be able to afford multiple bands. Same thing for steps and KBs. -Gym mat, the ones available are as thin as a tissue, you might as well not use it. -Freelancers with no awareness of used space and training clients in the middle of the gym. We suggested many times to use the old section for strength training and the other one for cardio and classes but obviously it went to deaf ears

Fantastic experience: Started doing EMS classes and strength training with Silvana. She is by far one of the most motivating, supportive and positive coaches I’ve had. Never runs out of advice and wants the best for her clients. The gym itself us super clean, with loads of equipment and quality machines, plenty of classes to choose from, and over all a pretty good vibe of people who are there to push themselves. Looking forward to every session, coached, in a class, or alone!

Positive experience: I am happy at this gym. It provides all the facilities that it requires at a clean and comfortable environment. However, the music that’s being played is not up to standard. It would be better that the songs are more for a gym environment and less feminine, at least in the men’s section. I feel when I forget my AirPods, I think twice before going. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and this can be taken into action.

I highly recommend her to anyone who would want to lose weight or get toned or build muscles.. she’s everything for me know ..

Its industrial vibe and the focus on serious lifting over aesthetics created an unmistakably masculine atmosphere. The community, though my interactions were brief, seemed supportive and passionate about strength. Even in a short visit, the gym stood out as a prime spot for anyone dedicated to the art of powerlifting.

Positive experience: This is a great gym to go to, its close to my house and I have been going there often. The equipments are great and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I dislike about this gym is how they put the air conditioning on blast and it is super cold inside. I have complaint about this so many times and nothing has changed until now. Sweating in a cold space is not a good idea because it can make you ill. And now I have a cold for this reason exactly. I hope they fix this situation because I would like to keep going. But its not nice when your feedback has not been taken into consideration.
